It's here. The formwork used in this one-piece casting method is composed of base formworks 1, 1 and upright formworks 2, 2, as seen in the longitudinal cross-sectional view of FIG. A formwork holder 3 is used to maintain a predetermined distance between the rising part formworks 2, 2 on both sides.
The support stand 4 of the present invention supports the rising part formwork 2 from the lower part of the formwork holder 3.

どの難点が多かつたのである。 In the integral pouring method for concrete foundations,
It is necessary to form the rising part formwork 2 in a state where it is raised by the height of the base part formwork 1, and conventionally, concrete blocks have often been used for this purpose. However, concrete blocks are heavy and inconvenient to handle, and thin parts such as reinforcing bar receivers can break if dropped, which can cause injury.Additionally, the loading capacity cannot be reduced, so shipping costs are limited. It had many disadvantages, such as the high cost and the high price per piece.

The former uses a round bar, with a fitting part for the base formwork at both ends, a fitting part for the rising part formwork at the top, and no formwork holder at the bottom, but a metal mold In order to withstand the weight of the frame, the round bar must be made thicker.
They are very heavy and require a large number of them. A more serious drawback is that although the latter is a support stand that has a formwork holder placement section, it does not have a reinforcement placement section.
Since there is only one support rod in the center, there is a drawback that if a heavy formwork is placed on only one side, it will deform, making it extremely inconvenient to use.

Its features include horizontal formwork holder placement parts 10 and 1 having left and right inclined parts 5 and 5 and shallow grooves 8 and 8.
A full-length channel plate-shaped support member 12 formed in a double mountain shape with a reinforcement placement part 9 that is one step lower than the formwork holder placement part in the middle, and the inclined parts 5, 5 of the support member. The structure consists of a tensioning member 7 or a grounding member 6 having a tensioning portion 7' for connecting and tensioning both edges of the lower end.

利である。 FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a first embodiment of the present invention.
The support base 4 is composed of a bipolar support member 12, a ground contact member 6 for ground stability, and a tension member 7 for preventing opening in the left and right directions. Double-mounted support member 12
It has a channel structure to increase its strength, shallow grooves 8 are provided on the left and right, that is, in the longitudinal direction, so that the above-mentioned formwork holder 3 can be placed thereon, and a recess is provided in the middle to serve as a reinforcement placement section 9. The reinforcement placement part 9 is for placing the reinforcing bars 13 buried in the longitudinal direction of the cloth foundation base part, as shown in FIG. Therefore,
The left and right sides of the reinforcement placement section 9 become formwork holder placement sections 10. Such a bipolar support member 12 can be obtained by pressing a rectangular metal plate. In order to enhance the stability of the support member 12 in the longitudinal direction, grounding members 6, 6 are spot welded to its left and right lower ends. Further, in order to prevent expansion in the left-right direction, the tension member 7 is stretched between both the grounding members 6, 6 with both ends bent. A wire can also be used as another example of the tension member 7. This support stand 4 can be handled in a small volume by removing the tension member 7 during transportation, etc., and can be stacked in large numbers and handled in a small volume, and can be easily assembled and used when constructing a cloth foundation. It should be noted that it is convenient to attach the tension members in parallel to both the front and rear ends of the grounding member, since the structure is the same as that shown in the example below, and the finished products can be stacked together.

FIG. 3 is a plan view of a rectangular flat veneer 11 for its manufacture. The solid lines in the flat veneer are cutting lines, and the dotted lines are broken lines. This flat veneer 1
By pressing 1, the grounding member 6, the tensile portion 7' of the grounding member, and the left and right inclined portions 5 of the support member 12 shown in FIG. 2 are formed. The formwork holder placement portion 10 and reinforcement placement portion 9 on the upper surface of the support member 12 are formed separately by pressing a strip-shaped metal plate, and are obtained from the rectangular flat single plate 11. The supporting base 4 is completed by welding it on the left and right inclined parts by spot welding or the like. When a flat veneer 11 as shown in FIG. 3 is used, there is no wastage of material, so it can be manufactured at low cost.

8を省略してもよい。 In the example shown in FIG. 4, the bipedal support member 12 is made by pressing a strip-shaped metal plate, and the grounding member 6 and the tension part 7' integrated therewith are made as shown in FIG. It is manufactured by cutting and pressing steel plates 14 into the same shape, and after mounting two of these sheets so as to sandwich them from the front and back of the bipolar support member 12, they are welded together. This example also has the advantage that no cutting waste of material is generated. In addition, the support member 12 made of a full-length bipolar groove-shaped member in this embodiment is made of an edged groove-shaped member with a bipolar-shaped cross section over the entire length or a portion thereof and whose lower ends are folded outward in the horizontal direction in order to increase the strength. Furthermore, the shallow grooves 8 may be omitted from the reinforcement placement portion 9 and the left and right inclined portions 5, 5 in the intermediate portion, since the formwork holders are not placed thereon.

安価かつ大量生産が可能である。 Since the present invention has a structure as seen in the above embodiments, it is lightweight, easy to handle during on-site construction, and has high strength. Furthermore, since many pieces can be stacked on top of each other during storage and transportation, the warehouse area is small and shipping costs are low. It has many advantages, such as the poured concrete being filled up to the inside of the support base, so there is no decrease in the strength of the cloth foundation.
Furthermore, it can be easily manufactured by press processing, so
It is inexpensive and can be produced in large quantities.
