往路工程とし下部側を復路工程として循環するベルト状
の無端の濾布と、この濾布上の該支持ロールに続く該往
路工程に設ける一次脱水装置と、該駆動ロール側に設け
る押圧ロール脱水装置と、該復路工程に設ける濾布洗浄
用の複数の噴水ノズルを有する濾布洗浄装置等とから主
として構成され、該一次脱水装置が、箱状の中空殻体を
一平面により上下に2分したものにほぼ相当する上部殼
と下部殻とよりなると共に該濾布をその幅のほほ中央に
おいて中間に挾む畜閉体を形成しており、該下部殻は該
架台に固定されると共に該濾布の下面に接してこれを支
持しており、該上部殻は該濾布の上面に該下部殻に対向
して位置し、該下部殻との所要の間隔を保持するための
押圧調節具を介して該架台に支持されると共に、該架台
に上端を結合する空圧シリンクー等からなる下方への圧
下力を与える圧下手段の下端に係合し、さらに該濾布の
進行出口側にはケーク形成のための抑圧調整用の仕切部
を有する、該上部殻へスラツジ水を加圧送入し該下部殻
から濾過排水を排出するものからなる形式の連続脱水装
置に′お′いて、濾布洗浄用の複数の該噴水ノズルのそ
れぞれについて、その、先端付近の周囲に開口する空気
室を持つテイフユザーを設けて複数の空気エゼクターを
形成すると共に、該空気室を空気吸入管及びこの空気吸
入管を集合した低圧吸入管を経て該下部殻の側面上部に
接続して該下部殻内を減圧状態に保持し、さらに該下部
殻の底部に排水口を有する排水管にはU字形の管路を形
成する本封部を設け、該U字管の頂部の位置が、該排水
口の高さよりも低く、その高さの差において該下部殻の
減圧によって生ずる該排水管内の水位上昇に相当する以
上の値を持つ一定高さに設定されてなることを特徴とす
る加圧・減圧濾過一次脱水装置を有する連続自動脱水装
