しかつ該両胴部間に調理物の収納室を形成する焙
煎容器と、該焙煎容器を回転させる駆動源と、上
記収納室内にあつて焙煎容器の回転に伴い調理物
を撹拌する撹拌体と、焙煎容器の内周胴部内に位
置し調理物を加熱する発熱体と、上記焙煎容器に
形成した調理物を出入する為の出入口と同形状の
開口を有するとともに該開口に適宜離間して調理
物よりも小さな多数の孔からなる皮排出部を有し
該開口と皮排出部とを上記出入口に回動すること
により合致させる開閉板とを具備してなることを
