に開放する空気流出口を設け、前記内側回転筒体
の周面に複数のフインをその先端が回転方向と逆
向きに傾斜するように該内側回転筒体の軸線方向
に設け、更に前記内側回転筒体の内部と機枠外を
連通させる空気流通孔を開設した蓋体を前記機枠
に着脱自在に設けたことを特徴とする。
