Currently, the automatic seaweed production equipment that is used to make seaweed sheets is one that creates regular-sized seaweed leaves one sheet at a time in a regular-sized seaweed cage, but in recent years,
Devices that use endless seaweed cages to continuously form sheets of seaweed are being developed, but the ones that have already been proposed include, for example, the one shown in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 102377/1983. Then, while a part of the endless seaweed cage is submerged in the water tank, the seaweed fronds injected into the zone between the top surface of the tank and the top surface of the submerged seaweed cage are scooped up from the tank. This is a device designed for escape running. Such devices have the following problems.

(a) Since the liquid prepared by the seaweed fronds is injected into the zone between the top surface of the aquarium and the top surface of the submerged seaweed cage, the mixed liquid may become unmixed again or the seaweed cell may migrate. Due to the rippling phenomenon of the water surface in the water tank, the thickness of the paper is not uniform.

(b) 海苔簀の裏側が水であるので、浮遊状態の海

(b) Since the back side of the seaweed cage is water, the floating seaweed leaves intervene on the back side from between the materials that make up the seaweed cage.
When the seaweed cage escapes from the water surface, it remains as seaweed legs, which causes major problems, such as tears, in the drying and peeling process.

Next, the operation will be explained based on the above embodiment. The filter belt conveyor 20 is driven in the direction of the arrow, and the seaweed cage 40 is caused to accompany this transition operation at the same speed in the direction of the arrow. On the other hand, from the supply pipe 14, a mixture of seaweed leaves having a concentration suitable for the thickness of the seaweed is continuously supplied into the mixture tank 10. The blended liquid in the blended liquid tank 10 overflows from the opening 12 onto the seaweed basin 40 and is collected one by one while staying there.
At this time, the liquid mixture is prevented from generating turbulent flow or swirling flow by the rectifying plate 13, and a uniform thickness of seaweed leaves is successively formed.

It affects the papermaking time and papermaking thickness. Specifically, the water level 15 in the mixed liquid tank 10, which determines the retention length of the mixed liquid in the papermaking action, is adjusted by the supply flow rate of the mixed liquid, as well as the amount discharged from the opening 16 to the external pipe line. and control.

The filtration belt conveyor 20 not only smooths the movement of the seaweed into the seaweed cages 40, but also limits the filtering speed of water in the seaweed leaf mixture during the papermaking process, allowing the mixture to temporarily stay there for a sufficient period of time. It plays an important role in making the papermaking process quiet and stable. In addition, the seaweed belt conveyor 20
By being in close contact with the back surface of the seaweed cage, it also has the effect of preventing so-called seaweed legs from becoming excessively large, which occur on the back surface of the seaweed cage.

(a) It goes without saying that nori leaves can be continuously formed in a long or endless seaweed cage, and (b) the seaweed sheets can be blended by bringing the filter belt conveyor into contact with the bottom surface of the seaweed cage. The filtration rate of water in the liquid is limited, resulting in a stable papermaking process, which not only allows for nori papermaking with a uniform thickness and no unevenness, but also allows for nori papermaking to occur by intervening on the back surface through the gaps in the materials that make up the nori cage. To rationally prevent the occurrence of excessive seaweed legs and to produce seaweed with high commercial value.

(d) A seaweed cage is attached by a filter belt conveyor,
Since it assists the migration, it reduces the load on the nori cage, prevents the nori cage from sagging and stretching, and maintains the correct cutting action, further increasing the commercial value of nori and reducing the cost. The life of a long or endless seaweed cage can be maintained for a long time.

(e) The mixed liquid tank has a sloped bottom that is parallel to the upward traveling surface of the filter belt conveyor, so the mixed liquid storage capacity can be reasonably increased, and the mixed liquid can continuously overflow from the opening. Due to this overflow effect, an appropriate amount of the blended liquid is continuously supplied to the seaweed cage, making it possible to control sheet forming with uniform thickness.
