作用をする第1、第2の励磁コイルとから成る第1電磁
開閉手段と、前記第2大気ポートを開閉する弁体及びこ
の弁体の開閉作用をする励磁コイルとから成る第2電磁
開閉手段とを備え、前記第1電磁開閉手段は前記第1、
第2励磁コイルの両者に通電されると前記圧力ポートを
開放し前記第1大気ポートを閉塞し、前記第1電磁開閉
手段の第1の励磁コイルはコントロール信号に基づいて
通電制御されると共に、前記第1電磁開閉手段の第2励
磁コイルと前記第2電磁開閉手段の励磁コイルとは結線
