[Detailed Description of the Invention] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a precious metal watch case with excellent corrosion resistance and decorative properties, which reduces material costs and improves ease of assembling the inner and outer cases.
In addition, even if the outer shell has a partially changed thickness, the bottom surface of the shell has a uniform thickness, except for the media parts with other parts, such as the bow and ribbon attachment parts, so that the outer shell can have a uniform wall thickness. The purpose is to improve the engagement between the inner case and the inner case, and to maintain the beautiful appearance of the watch. Precious metals such as gold used for decoration and jewelry have value in small amounts, so efforts have been made to obtain the maximum sense of value with as little amount as possible. Watches as accessories have not changed in any way.

As shown in Fig. 1, the conventional thin-walled structure is such that after engaging an inner shell 2 with grooves b formed on its outer surface for fixation to an outer shell 1, There is a structure in which the protrusion a is formed and fixed by applying an external force. Due to the external force that is large enough to partially deform the outer shell 1, the outer shell 1 and the inner shell 2 are likely to be greatly deformed. There were drawbacks such as the back cover 3 not fitting in, and the water resistance of the back cover gasket 4 not being maintained, resulting in the loss of functionality as a watch. Also, because the watch was caulked from the outside, the caulked part was visible.
The external appearance of the watch is bad, and furthermore, when the bottom surface of the outer case is fixed to the inner case 2, the wall thickness becomes partially uneven, and the dimension C varies beyond the minimum value of zero, making the appearance even worse. In addition, as shown in FIG. 2, a bent portion 2a is formed during press working or other molding of the outer shell 21, and a relief portion 2b is formed in the inner shell 22 by drilling or the like. There is a structure in which the inner barrel 22 is then pushed into and engaged with the outer barrel 21. In this case, the engaging portions have a diameter difference. As in the previous example, since the bent shape plus a large diameter difference is required, the amount of deformation is large, and at least the deformation occurs by the diameter difference. Because of the bent portion 2a and the difference in diameter, ease of assembly is poor and the workability is reduced. The appearance caused by this and the variation in the dimensions 2c cause unsightly appearance as in the previous example. The present invention eliminates the above drawbacks.

Embodiments will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. Figure 3
(A) is a cross-sectional view of the fixed part, and (B) is A-A in figure (A).
A′ plan view. 31 is the outer body, which is made of 18K. The inner shell 32 is made of stainless steel. A partially thickened portion 3a is provided inside the outer shell 31, and a groove 3a' is formed in the variable thickened portion. A partial protrusion 3b is provided on the inner barrel so as to correspond to the groove 3a'. Next, by providing a slight difference in diameter to the groove 3a' of the outer shell 31, the groove 3b of the inner shell 31 is brought into engagement. In this case, outer body 3
1 and the inner shell 32 are set to have a gap h. Adhesive is applied to the gap h to maintain water resistance and fix the engaged outer shell 31 and inner shell 32. A groove 36 is bored in the bottom of the inner case 32, and by biting and engaging the back cover 3, 3 with the inner case 3, 2, a groove 36 is formed between the groove 3, 6 and the back cover 3, 3. The disposed back cover gasket 34 is compressed and deformed to maintain its water-resistant function. The glass 35 is fixed to the outer shell 31 by adhesive. In the present invention, regardless of the shape of the case, such as round, oval, or oval, it is sufficient to set one or more variable thickness sections according to the shape and necessity.
It is very easy to engage the inner shell 32 and the workability is excellent, so mass production is possible. In addition, although a small amount of deformation is caused due to the minute diameter difference, the outer shell 31 is
By configuring the biting engagement part in the part near the bottom part and providing the gap h, the springiness of the thin part of the outer body 31 is utilized, and smooth engagement is created without any problems. In addition, only the minimum necessary thickness can be used at the bottom, while other parts can be made as thin as possible.
The amount of stitching can be kept to a minimum. Since the engaging portion is located inside the outer shell 31, there is no problem with the external appearance. Since the bottom part of the outer body 31 also has a uniform thickness, 3
Part e also poses no problem compared to other embodiments.
