及びナツト7によりステーブ1を固定させてい
る。しかしステーブ1の製作誤差及び高炉鉄皮2
の現地溶接変形などにより、隣接するステーブの
炉内側表面に段差が生ずる。この段差が生じた場
合、ステーブ炉内側にあるレンガに対する熱負荷
が不均一となり、レンガの寿命を短くする。その
ため高炉の寿命が減ずる外、ステーブ1に密着し
た炉内側のレンガを積む際レンガの切削を行なう

である外、ステーブの炉内側表面段差の測定及び
ボルト6の回転作業を炉内側より一括して行なえ
作業能率が向上するため、工期短縮に著しい効果
がある。又、ステーブの取付座3が不要となるた
