Tin cans have traditionally been widely used as food packaging containers, but compared to tin cans, plastic has advantages such as being lighter, more efficient in production, the contents can be seen through, and it is easier to seal. Because of this, various plastic containers have become popular depending on the shape and properties of the food, including hard bottle-shaped ones and soft cup-shaped and tube-shaped ones. The first example is a conventional example of a plastic container that is commonly used as a cup-shaped container.
As shown in the figure, a reinforcing rib is connected to the lower part of the container body, which is formed integrally with the bottom using styrene resin, and the upper edge is bent laterally outward to form a sealing part C. It was constructed by gluing the entire peripheral edge of a lid body (D) made of aluminum foil onto (C).

However, according to this prior art, since the container body is formed only of a single layer of plastic, ie, styrene resin, the sealing performance is poor and the permeation of air and moisture cannot be completely prevented. Therefore, not only are changes in the color, aroma, taste, and vitamins of the contents unavoidable, but there are also drawbacks such as restrictions on the time spent in the distribution process. Furthermore, in the case of a single-layer structure of styrene resin, it lacks heat resistance, so the contents cannot be sterilized at high temperatures, and therefore cannot be used for contents that have thermophilic bacteria attached. Furthermore, since plastic containers are not as rigid as tin cans, they also have the disadvantage of being damaged if the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the container increases during the heat sterilization stage. Furthermore, the first container was filled with contents such as water yokan and pudding.
When opening the plastic container shown in the figure, the adhesive on the lid is so strong that you have to use the included spoon to open it, and the tip of the spoon's handle often damages the surface of the contents.
This is inconvenient if you want to eat the contents in their original form. Furthermore, since the attached spoon is not attached to the main body of the container, there is a risk of the powder being lost, and it is troublesome to find it when using it.

The present invention was proposed to solve the above-mentioned problems. Both the container body and the container lid are made of composite laminated material, a guide groove is provided on the inner circumference of the opening of the container body, and the container lid has a blade. By removably attaching the spoon, the sealability of the container can be improved.
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a cup-shaped container that has improved gas permeation barrier properties, strength, and heat resistance, and at the same time satisfies ease of opening and safety of contents.

The present invention will be explained below based on the illustrated embodiments. In FIGS. 2 to 5, 1 shows an inner layer 2 made of polypropylene, a middle layer 3 made of ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer, and an outer layer 4 made of polypropylene made of ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer. A three-layer film is laminated so that the inner and outer layers of polypropylene are thicker than the middle layer of the copolymer (total thickness range is 0.3~
The container body 1 has a container body 6 integrally formed with a container bottom 5, and has a cup-shaped cross section. Therefore, the container body 1
The opening of the container body 6 is formed by folding the upper part of the container body 6 diagonally downward to the outside to form a folded part 7.
Subsequently, after being folded back into a U-shape, a curved downward rib 8 and a rising portion 9 are continuously formed by extending vertically upward, and a U-shaped guide groove 10 is simultaneously formed within the downward rib 8, Furthermore, it is constructed by providing a horizontally outward sealing part 11 following the vertical rising part 9.

Reference numeral 12 denotes a container lid that is tightly attached to the opening of the container body 1, and this container lid 12 also has an inner layer 13 of polypropylene.
and an inner layer 14 of aluminum foil and an outer layer 1 of polypropylene.
The three layers of No. 5 are laminated so that the inner and outer layers of polypropylene are thicker than the middle layer of aluminum foil. In this case, in order to facilitate opening of the lid, the outer layer 15 of polypropylene is made thinner than the inner layer 13 by utilizing the rigidity of aluminum foil, and the total thickness width is set to 0.1 to 0.4 mm. Note that even if polyester with a thickness of 10 to 25 μm is used for the outer layer 15 instead of polypropylene, the lid can be opened easily while maintaining the heat resistance of the container. Furthermore, although not shown, the container lid 12 may be formed of an outer layer of aluminum foil and an inner layer of polypropylene by utilizing the rigidity of aluminum foil to improve the heat resistance of the container and the ease of opening the lid. The container lid 12 is provided with a vertical rising part 16 and a horizontal seal part 17 following the vertical rising part 16 on the outer peripheral edge of the lid, and also has a detachable bladed spoon 18 on the outer surface of the lid. 6 and 7 show an embodiment of a bladed spoon 18 according to the present invention, and a blade 20 which can be raised and lowered may be attached to the handle 19 of the spoon as shown in FIG. Alternatively, the handle 21 of the spoon may be directly shaped into a blade 22 as shown in FIG. FIG. 8 shows a cup-shaped container of the present invention on which a cover cap 24 is attached.
The outer surface of the spoon is isolated from the outside, while the bladed spoon 1
8 is stably held between the cover cap 24 and the container lid 12.

In the above configuration, each seal portion 1 of the container body 1 and the container lid 12 is inserted into the opening of the container body 1 filled with contents G such as retort food or frozen confectionery.
The container lid 12 is brought into close contact with the container lid 12 so that the raised portions 9 and 16 overlap each other and the inner surface of the container lid 12 is supported by the folded portion 7.
Then, while supporting the downward rib 8 of the container body 1 with an arbitrary fixture 23, the seal portions 11 and 17 are heat-fused by an impulse sealing method, a high frequency sealing method, or the like to complete the sealing of the container. Container body 1
The inner layer of the three-layer film forming the container lid 12 is made of ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer or polypropylene 4, which is thicker than the middle layer of aluminum foil.
Since No. 13 is used, not only is the cushioning property excellent, but also thermal bonding is easy. In addition, since the middle layer of the three-layer film uses non-permeable ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer 3 and aluminum foil 14, the container not only has good sealing properties, but also completely blocks the invasion of bacteria from the outside. , no secondary contamination occurs after sterilization. Note that the aluminum foil 14 used for the middle layer of the container lid 12 is easy to adhere to ink, so it is convenient for printing various figures and content indications.

When heat sterilizing a container, since the container body 1 and container lid 12 are formed with a three-layer film, they can withstand high temperature sterilization of 120°C or higher. High-temperature short-time sterilization, which sterilizes in a very short time of 10 minutes, is also possible.
As a result, not only is there less decomposition of vitamins, but it is also possible to completely prevent the contents from deteriorating, so it can also be used for foods that are heat sterilized at high temperatures (retort food), just like regular tin cans. can. In addition, since the composite laminated structure of three-layered films is used to improve strength, it can sufficiently withstand internal and external pressure during heating and cooling, and there is no risk of damage to the container.

On the other hand, when you want to eat the contents, use the container lid 1.
Remove the bladed spoon 18 on the lid of the container and insert the blades 20 and 22 into the cut 12a of the container lid to cut it open. At this time, the cut end 12a of the container lid is supported at two points by the seal parts 11 and 17, which have both ends fused together, and the folded part 7, so that even if the container lid 12 itself has a certain degree of rigidity, it can be opened easily. Can be done.
Also, a folded part 7 is located directly below the cut 12a of the container lid.
Since the guide groove 10 is separated from the contents G through the guide groove 10, the lid can be opened easily along the guide groove 10, and there is no risk of damaging the surface of the contents G with the blade. 1 more spoon with blade
8 is removably held on the container lid 12 by the cover cap, so there is no risk of powder loss.
It is convenient and can be used immediately when needed. Furthermore, since the container lid is isolated from the outside by the cover cap, there is an advantage that the outer surface of the lid is not contaminated with dust or the like.
