【考案の詳細な説明】 〈産業上の利用分野〉 本考案は特殊な印刷効果を発揮すると共にこの
印刷層を保護することを可能としたチユーブ容器
に関するものである。

点があつた。

一方この欠点を改善する為にアルミニウム蒸着
を施した熱転写用フイルムにグラビヤ印刷を施
し、これをチユーブ容器の胴体に熱転写する方法
も実施されていたが、これによつて構成されたチ
ユーブ容器は金属光沢を有する深みのある多色模
様を有している反面、使用時に容器を折曲げると
転写印刷層が剥離したり、或いは化粧品、医薬品
等の収納物が注出時、キヤピング時等にこの転写
印刷層に付着するとアルミニウム蒸着部分が化学
浸蝕されて剥離する等の欠点があつた。

8と網点印刷層9と保護層10とより構成された

4より構成され、この胴体2は特に第2図に於い
てその一部を拡大説明せる如く、胴体2の管状壁
5はアルミニウム等の非鉄金属或いはチタンマイ
カ系無機質の微細粉末を合成樹脂に混入すること
によつて構成され、その表面がパール発光する如
く構成されている。

状壁12が一体的に積層されて二重厚肉チユーブ
を構成している。

表面には網点印刷層が模様状に施されているの
で、この網点印刷の隙間から管状壁のパール発光
を透過させて網点印刷と共に特殊な極めて重厚な
金属光沢模様を現出して金属的高級観を表現する
ことが出来、かつ従来の如く、アルミニウム蒸着
層が介在しないので、この層が使用時の折曲げ或
いは収納物の付着等によつて化学浸蝕されて剥離
する恐れが全くなく、更に胴体は押出整形機の中
に供給される合成樹脂材料の中にアルミニウム等
の非鉄金属或いはチタンマイカ系無機質の微細粉
末を混入すれば簡単に整形が可能であり、かつ網
点印刷等の転写印刷層も熱転写によつて極めて簡
単に胴体の表面に一体的に積層することが出来、
安価に大量生産することが可能である等の特徴を
有するものである。
