The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawings. In Figures 1 and 2, L is a tube changing loom;
The shuttle 1 is struck by the picker 2 and flies over the upper surface of the lace 3, pulling out the weft 11 from the built-in woodwind b 3 and inserting the weft. LW is a room winder, and its winding part W
is installed directly above the shuttle box 4 at the end of the race, and the cone 5
After winding the weft 6 derived from the woodwind b 1 ,
Store in magazine M. When the weft of the wood tube b 3 in the shuttle is exhausted and only the bunch yarn is left, the transferer 8 pushes the lowermost full wood tube b 2 into the shuttle and horizontally moves the wood tube b 3 in the shuttle downwards. Replace the tube by extruding it in this position. The woodwind b 4 with remaining threads discharged in a horizontal position is attached to the lace end shuttle box 4 (not shown).
The posture correction band provided on the lower edge of the loom and the inclined right side wall surface 9a of the loom connecting funnel 9 provided below the band.
The tail end of the woodwind is brought into contact with (abutting) the woodwind, and the woodwind is regulated in a vertical position with the head facing downward. Thus, the discharged woodwind b 4 with residual threads falls into the loom connecting funnel 9 of the residual thread stripping section C with the head end at the tip. During this time, the end cutter 10 moves forward and cuts the weft thread 11 connected to the wood pipe b 3 in the shed from the edge of the cloth, so that the wood pipe b 4 discharged from the loom usually falls along with the remaining thread end 11b of several centimeters. Woodwind slipped into funnel 9
b 4 is grabbed by the remaining thread end 11b by the rotating brush 13 at the top entrance of the woodwind sorting box 12 and falls into the woodwind sorting box, and is stopped by the catch piece 15 and assumes an upright posture b 5 . At this time, the wood pipe b 5 on which the receiving piece 15 is placed is immediately moved by the pushing rod 16, which moves forward and backward by a predetermined stroke (at least one wood pipe length) in the direction of the holding piece 17 in a continuous motion, to the holding piece 17, 17, and a grip force determined by this spring 17a is applied to maintain the upright posture. A conical rotating winding cylinder 14 (hereinafter simply referred to as winding cylinder) that constantly rotates between these
The remaining yarn end 11b entangled with the rotating brush is wound around the bunch 11a (residual yarn) remaining at the time of discharge, and the bunch 11a (residual yarn) is completely peeled off to form an empty wood pipe. The remaining yarn 11a' wound around the winding drum 14 slides down into the yarn waste chamber into which the tip of the winding drum looks. The woodwinds lined up in a row between the clamping pieces 17 are pushed by the pushed woodwinds one by one and moved to the sorting brushes 18, 18. The sorting brushes are installed to sandwich the neck of the woodwind b 6 from both sides.
Sorting brush 1 only for empty wood pipes that have completely removed the remaining threads.
8, 18 and fell down without being held by the gutter body 19.
and is stored in the waiting box 20. The empty wood pipe b 7 waiting in the standby box 20 is captured by the hanging tool 24 on the hollow wood pipe loading belt 23 that circulates between the top of the pipe winding section w and the upper and lower pulleys 21 and 22 provided on the top surface of the standby box. The gutter body 25 is carried to the top of the winding part w as shown by arrow S.
The tube is loaded into the tube winding section W by the following steps. Note that the hanging tool 24 attracts and captures the hollow wood pipe ring with a magnet 24a.
A defective wood pipe f 1 (small wood pipe) with a large amount of thread remaining in the woodwind due to poor pipe replacement, etc., has a remaining thread layer i even when it reaches the sorting brushes 18, 18, and the remaining thread layer gets caught on the sorting brush and does not fall. , waiting box 2 is pushed by the following empty wood pipe.
It is kicked out to the discharge path 26 on the back side of the standby box 20, deviates from the regular patrol route, and is guided to the guide path 27 while being discharged into the discharge box 28 located at the front of the lower part of the waiting box 20. 30 is a return funnel installed in front of the funnel 9 for connecting the loom, and is a return empty wood pipe (defective empty wood pipe) f 3
The woodwind sorting box 12 is provided at an angle from the relay box 31 that receives the woodwinds to the entrance of the woodwind sorting box 12 where the rotating brush 13 is located. The relay box 31 has both side walls integrated with both side walls of the funnel body 30, and a back wall 31a tilted toward the funnel body 30 side is sloped up and connected to the bottom plate 30a of the funnel body, so that the connecting part has a chevron shape. The top and front are open. In addition, the bottom of the relay box 31 is pivotally supported by a support LW', and its own weight is received by a stop 32 on the support, and a receiving plate (wood pipe delivery member) 33 is rotatable only in the counterclockwise direction (towards the funnel body 30). is blocked by. 34
is a return belt with a hanging device 35 on its surface,
The drive pulley 36, which is pivotally supported directly above the discharge box 28, is wound around the driven pulley 37, which is pivotally supported above the relay box 31. The upper route runs along the relay box and the lower route is a sash. Reference numerals 39 and 40 are relay pulleys that are integrated with the driving pulley and the driving pulley 36, which are connected to a rotating shaft (not shown) such as the main shaft of a loom around which the driving belt 41 is wound. It is constantly rotated clockwise. Along with this, the patrol belt 34 travels clockwise on the upper route and counterclockwise on the lower route. Like the hanging tool 24 of the loading belt 23, the hanging tool 35 has its middle portion pivoted on the belt, and its tail end, which has a magnet 35b capable of attracting the ring of the woodwind head, can be rotated forward of the belt. 42 is a drive, a hanging tool 3 between intermediate tone wheels
A pair of brushes 43 whose bristles abut each other on both sides through which the hanging tool passes, are thread end pull-out members installed on the passage of No. 5.
43, and has brake plates 44, 44 whose tips overlap to close the passage of the hanging tool, and these brake plates are overlapped by a spring 45 applied between the two and given a braking force, and are applied from below. When pushed with a force that overcomes the spring 45, it pivots upwardly, opening the passage for the hanger. This brake plate is not necessarily necessary depending on the gripping force of the brushes 43, 43. 46
is a stopper (wood pipe detachment member) installed above the relay box 31, which can abut the head of the defective wood pipe f4 carried by the hanger 35 and prevent it from moving further.

The device of the present invention is constructed as described above, and when the loom L is operated, the hanging tool 35 circulates between the upper and lower drives and the driven pulleys 36 and 37, and the thread end pull-out member 42,
It takes an ascending route approaching the receiving plate 33, relay box 31, and stopper 46, changes direction with the driven pulley 37, takes a descending route behind the ascending route, and passes the driving pulley 36. At that point, it turns counterclockwise and rises. At this time, the magnet 35b is suspended inside the discharge box 28 as shown by the dotted line 35'.
The defective wood pipe f2 , which is guided away from the regular circulation path by the sorting brushes 18 and 18 and guided to the guideway 27, is discharged to the discharge box 28 and lies there, and when it passes through the discharge box of the hanger 35, the ring on the head is attached to the magnet 35b. The object is attracted to the object, is captured by the hanger 35, and is carried upward. The defective woodwind f 3 that rises with the hanging tool 35 passes through the thread end pull-out member 42 , and at this time, the thread ends on both woodwinds are brushed with brushes 43 , 43 .
It is loosened and extracted by the resistance of the woodwind, and is captured loosely by the resistance of both brake plates 44, 44, which close after being pushed open by the head, and pulled out for a long time from the woodwind as the woodwind rises. Remove from both brake plates. A defective woodwind whose end threads are pulled out and rises
On the way, f 4 pushes open the receiving plate 33 like 33' with its head and enters the relay box 31, and shortly after passing through this, its head comes into contact with the stopper 46, blocking the progress caused by the hanging tool 35. be done. Due to this blocking action, the defective wood pipe comes off the magnet 35b as the hanger 35 rises, falls into the relay box 31 from the tail end, and rests on the receiving plate 33, which has already been closed and is horizontal. Since the head of the defective woodwind caught by the receiving plate is heavy, it falls against the back wall 31a like the woodwind f5 and falls from the head into the funnel body 30, where it is guided by the funnel body 30 and returns to the remaining thread stripping section. The yarn is returned to C and is subjected to the remaining yarn stripping action by the rotating brush 13 and winding drum 14 in the same way as when it falls from the shuttle 1 of the loom L. And after this, woodwind sorting box 1
2, the holding pieces 17, 17 and the sorting brushes 18, 18 are used to sort out the presence or absence of remaining threads, and the empty wood pipes from which the remaining threads have been completely stripped are returned to the regular circulating route, with the remaining threads still remaining. The woodwind is put into the return path again and subjected to the above action repeatedly until the remaining threads are completely peeled off.

According to the present invention, a return funnel 30 is provided together with the loom communication funnel above the rotating brush for catching residual threads, and this return funnel is connected to the relay box 31 for receiving defective woodwinds, and the return funnel 30 is connected to the woodwind sorting box. The bottom plate 30a of the return funnel and the back wall 31a of the relay box are connected in a chevron shape, and the bottom of the relay box is pivoted on a support so that it can only rotate upward. A flexible receiving plate 33 is installed, and a pair of brushes with opposing bristles are fixed below this receiving plate, and the upper part of the relay box engages with the woodwind head on the conveyance path of defective woodwinds. A stopper 46 for removing the woodwind is fixedly installed,
The patrol belt 34 with the hanging tool 35 attached thereto is moved between the stopper 46 and the defective woodwind discharge box 28.
The belt is stretched so that it circulates, and the belt is run in the upward direction on the relay box side, brushing the defective woodwinds.
Since the woodwinds are returned to the woodwind sorting box 12 again after going through the receiving plate, stopper, and funnel, the remaining threads are completely removed from defective woodwinds that have not been properly changed or stripped of the remaining threads, and are turned into normal empty woodwinds. After that, it is possible to return to the normal circulation path, and it is possible to obtain the excellent effect of avoiding the suspension of loom operation due to paralysis of the pipe winding function, which tends to occur with defective woodwinds.
