バイポーラトランジスタで構成されたドライビングトラ
ンジスタと、 （ｂ） 上記ドライビングトランジスタのオンオフ出
力をベースに受けてオンオフ動作するバイポーラトラン
ジスタでなり、当該オンオフ動作によって直流入力をス
イッチングしてスイッチング出力を送出するスイッチン
グトランジスタと、（Ｃ） 上記オンオフ制御信号に
よって上記ドライビングトランジスタに対して逆動作す
るようにオンオフ動作するバイポーラトランジスタで構
成され、オン動作時エミツターコレクタを通じて上記ス
イッチングトランジスタのベースのべースキャリアをエ
