In the former pager system, the mobile terminal simply receives a paging signal from the base station and displays an incoming call; it is only a one-way call, and it does not have an incoming call display response function. It was not possible to identify whether the mobile terminal received the paging signal or not. In addition, the latter car phone system allows calls and calls from the mobile terminal, but since it occupies the communication channel, it is necessary to prepare many communication channels, and correspondingly, the mobile terminal has a large number of communication channels. Since it must be equipped with a frequency selection function and a transmission function, it has the drawback of becoming complicated and expensive.

A verification circuit 7 verifies whether the mobile terminal is authorized to make a call or a mobile terminal belonging to a group, and upon verification, the received message is sent from the terminal 2 to the general subscriber and sent to the next mobile terminal. A call permission signal 37 is sent to the terminal or group. If the verification does not match, the received message is invalidated and the previous call permission signal is sent again. If there is no response to the call permission signal within a predetermined time, a call permission signal for the next group is sent.

通信の信頼性を向上することができる。 As explained above, since the present invention performs message communication between a base station and a mobile terminal under the control of the base station, the configuration of the mobile terminal can be simplified, and the mobile terminal can be easily configured. Since transmissions from terminals can be controlled from the base station, collisions between calls from mobile terminals can be minimized even if the same frequency is used, and communication can be performed using the same frequency. . Therefore, there is an advantage that frequencies can be used effectively. Furthermore, since the mobile terminal has a response function, it can be confirmed that the message from the base station has been reliably received by the desired mobile terminal, and the reliability of message communication can be improved.

A next response signal is sent to notify the base station that the message has been received, and then a response permission signal is received from the base station and a response message is sent, and the mobile terminal initiates a call. Sometimes, when a call permission signal including a mobile terminal number is received from the base station, a message stored in a memory in advance is read out and sent to the base station, and communication between the base station and the mobile terminal is performed. A mobile message communication method characterized in that the communication is performed using the same frequency during the communication.
