あるという欠点があつた。 For example, as shown in Fig. 1, a coil 3 is made by winding a conductor 2 in which 12 rectangular copper strips are stacked in parallel in two layers in multiple layers at a predetermined number of times, as shown in Fig. 2. It is wound around a core 5 to which side plates 4, 4 are attached. However, when the conductor 2 is wound in parallel, the width of the conductor 2 becomes large, so that a gap of about 1 to 2 turns is generated each time the winding layer changes. As a result, the area occupied by the conductor becomes smaller, and the conductor winding layer is more likely to collapse, so it is necessary to fill in the gaps with an appropriate insulator. As described above, conventional coils have the disadvantage that it is difficult to improve the winding efficiency.

In Figure 3, a conductor 2 consisting of 14 rectangular copper strips arranged in parallel and stacked in two layers is wound from the right side of the figure to one end.The conductor at one end is A from above, and the conductor at the other end is They are arranged as C and D from the top, and show the state at the beginning of winding at the final winding position of the first layer. From this state, by rotating the winding core 5 1/2 turn and winding the conductor 2 1/2 turn, the conductor A on one end
Lift each conductor B, move conductors C and D on the other end to one end, stack each conductor in the order of A, B, C, and D from above as shown in Figure 4, and then turn the conductors by 1/2 turn. The conductors A and B at one end are moved to the other end, and at the final winding, as shown in Figure 5, the conductors A and B that were at one end at the beginning of winding of the first layer are moved to the other end at the end of winding. This is the beginning of the winding of the second layer, which replaces the conductors C and D on the end side and moves them across to the other end side.

Since the area occupied by the conductor is increased and the gap during coil winding is reduced, filling work with insulator can be omitted. This improves the workability of coil winding.
