Abstract

PURPOSE:Not to need the bending work of terminal segments, by a method wherein a lead conductor connecting section is provided on a fixing section of a terminal bed of the terminal segment and the extended section of the terminal segment toward the circumference of the terminal bed through the fixing section is organized to be cut off. CONSTITUTION:A terminal segment 15 is provided with a click 16b for being fitted and connected to a lead conductor 3 at the position meeting an opening section 9 of a terminal bed cover 7 for a fixing section 15a on the surface of the terminal bed 4. And the terminal segment 15 has the extended section 15b toward the circumference outside the terminal bed 4 through the fixing section 15a. And a lead conductor 3 is connected to be hooked up with the click 16b for the terminal segment 15 fixed on the terminal bed 4 with the fixing section 15a. After that, the lead conductor 3 is welded to be fixed to the terminal segment 15. After the welding is completed, the extended section 15b of the terminal segment extending from the circumferential surface of the terminal bed 4 is cut off. As the result, the bending work of terminal segments and insulating tubes segments and insulating tubes cannot be needed.

Then, the five-outlet conductor 3 is hooked onto the wind 6a, engaged and connected, and then welded by sandwiching this part between a pair of electrodes 13'a' and 13b of a fusing welder, as shown in FIG. It is designed to be fixed to the terminal piece 5. After this, in order to prevent contact between the extension part 5b of the terminal piece 5 and the outer shell and coil end 2a of the motor and to ensure an insulation distance, an insulating tube 12 is attached to the extension part 5b of the terminal piece as shown in FIG. Then, the extension portion 5b is bent toward the coil end 2a side.

However, with the above configuration, when the extension part 5b of the terminal piece 5 is bent, the lead conductor 3 may be broken or the terminal piece 5 may be bent, resulting in poor quality. Ta. In addition, the insulating tube 12 is connected to the extension part 5b.
A process for covering the insulating tube 12 is required, which increases the manufacturing time and increases the material cost of the insulating tube 12, which is disadvantageous in terms of manufacturing cost.

<Summary of the Invention> Therefore, in view of the above-mentioned conventional circumstances, the present invention provides a single-output conductor connecting portion at the portion where the terminal piece is fixed to the terminal block, and connects the terminal piece from the fixed portion of the terminal piece to the outer circumferential direction of the terminal block. This paper proposes a stator for rotating electric machines that has a configuration in which the extension of the terminal is cut, thereby eliminating the need for bending terminal pieces and insulating tubes, thereby improving quality and reducing manufacturing costs.

According to this configuration, the terminal piece 15 is provided with a claw 16b for engaging and connecting the lead conductor 3 on the side of the fixed part 15a to the terminal block 4, and an extension part 15b that is cut after the welding work. Because of this, there is no need to bend the terminal pieces as in the past, and it is possible to prevent disconnection of the lead conductor and breakage of the terminal pieces, improving quality, and eliminating the need for insulating tubes. Not only can the number of steps for this purpose be reduced, but also material costs can be reduced, thereby making it possible to keep manufacturing costs low.

<Effects of the Invention> As explained above, according to the present invention, a lead-out conductor connection portion is provided at the portion where the terminal piece is fixed to the terminal block, and an extension portion extending from the fixed portion of the terminal piece toward the outer circumferential direction of the terminal block is provided. The cutting configuration makes it possible to eliminate the work of bending the terminal piece and eliminate the insulating tube, thereby improving quality and reducing manufacturing costs.
