本考案はエアーシリンダーのエアー出入音を消
音する事を目的とする着脱自在なエアーシリンダ

リンダー内から排出される時に、独特な音が発生
していた。この音は特に静寂を要求される場所で
は好ましくなかつた。本考案はこの音を消音する
消音装置でありその構成は、全体をゴム材より構
成すると共に、エアーシリンダーの一部に密に外
嵌する取付孔と該取付孔に連設し、エアーシリン
ダー出入孔に合致する第1通気孔と、該第1通気
孔と連設し、第1通気孔より大なる通気室と、該
通気室に連設し、通気室より小なる第2通気孔を
形成する一方、上記第1通気孔、通気室、第2通

音材11の効果と相乗して共鳴吸音効果が作用し
さらに消音された状態で第2通気孔91より排出
される。このようにエアー出入孔5に発生する音
は、通気室10における共鳴吸音効果、さらに吸
音材11による吸音作用によりほとんど消音され
る。又、全体をゴム材より構成しているので取付
孔8は弾性を有し、エアー流量操作部に密に外嵌
し、エアーのもれを防止する事ができ、しかも取
付けは単に取付孔にエアーシリンダーの一部を密
に外嵌させるだけであるので、その着脱も容易で
