(Conventional related technologies and their problems) Considering the development stages of crushing plates in conventional sintering machines, for example,
The progress can be seen from the technical contents described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 23387 and Japanese Patent Publication No. 52-17263. That is, initially, as schematically shown in Fig. 1, a heat-resistant and wear-resistant liner B made of high chromium cast iron is fitted onto the upper part of the crushing plate body A using a concave-convex fitting means, and bolts and nuts are However, as sintering equipment became larger and the amount of sintered ore crushed increased, and the atmospheric temperature exceeded 600°C, the hardness of the liner decreased and wear began to deteriorate. This makes it difficult to avoid damaging the plate body, which is made of mild steel, in a short period of time, making it difficult to replace only the liner, and a major drawback is that both the plate body and liner must be replaced with new ones at the same time. occured. In addition, in the mid-term, as schematically shown in Figure 2, a material with excellent wear resistance is overlaid on the upper surface of the plate body A by welding or casting, so that the liner B is integrally layered. Although attempts were made to improve the service life of the crushing plate, it was not very effective, and because the production costs were higher than conventional products, this type of product was no longer used in a short period of time. Furthermore, in the later stage, as schematically shown in FIG. 3, a crushing plate having a cooling structure in which a jacket D through which a cooling medium was passed was provided on the plate body A of the overlay type crushing plate was developed. The newly developed liner B, which is a built-up layer formed on the top surface of the plate body, is cooled to prevent a decrease in hardness, and the plate body is also cooled to prevent the body from being distorted during operation. hand,
It is still used in many sintering equipment. With the advent of this crushing plate, the ability to crush sintered ore has been greatly improved, but in order to maintain a good cooling effect, the plate body and liner must be integrally constructed by welding or other means. Therefore, during periodic repairs, the entire plate must be removed from the ore discharge section of the sintering machine using a lifting machine, which is not only complicated, but also requires maintenance of the cooling medium pipeline equipment. There are also problems such as the above handling being complicated. Furthermore, a structure in which a plurality of wear-resistant liner split members are engaged and fitted into the crushing plate main body so that only the damaged members can be replaced is disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 47-25080 and Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 47-25080.
This is known from Japanese Patent No. 47-24322, etc., but since all of these are simply uneven engagements, it is necessary to fasten the engaged fitting portion of each split member with a stopper.

4 to 7, reference numeral 1 denotes a crushing plate main body, and a dovetail-shaped protrusion 2 of a required length is integrally formed in the center of the upper surface from one longitudinal end to the other end. One end of the protruding strip 2 is open, and the other end is blocked by a stepped wall 3. 4 is a heat-resistant and wear-resistant liner split member made of a sintered body (single sintered body or composite sintered body) of structural ceramics such as alumina, zirconia, silicon carbide, etc.; A dovetail-shaped groove 5 into which the dovetail-shaped protrusion 2 of the plate body 1 is inserted is provided in the longitudinal direction, and a plurality of split members 4 are used to form a liner 6 of a required length. . That is, for example,
The required number of liner split members 4 with a length of 80 mm are
With the protrusion 2 inserted into the dovetail groove 5,

In the above embodiment, each liner split member 4
The length varies depending on the scale of the sintering equipment, but is preferably in the range of 20 to 400 mm; if it is less than 20 mm, the allowable heat capacity will be too small, and in the high-temperature contact atmosphere of a large amount of sintered ore, fractures may occur. more, also 400
If it exceeds mm, it becomes difficult for the plate body to withstand deflection or even a small amount of bending, and there is a tendency for cracks to occur. Further, the shape of the groove formed on the lower surface of the stopper 7 and the shape of the convex portion of the plate body 1 corresponding to the insertion position of the stopper may be a dovetail shape or a dovetail shape, but as shown in FIG. There is no problem even if it has the shape shown in .

(Effects of the present invention) In the present invention, the heat-resistant and wear-resistant liner formed on the upper part of the crushing plate body is composed of a plurality of liner split members, and each of the split liner members is slid onto the upper part of the plate body. Since the liner is removably engaged and fitted in sequence, if the liner becomes worn, the split member in the worn part should be replaced with the split member in the unworn part, or By sliding only the split member away from the plate body and replacing it with a new split member prepared in advance by sliding it into the required location on the plate body, the required wear and tear repair can be reliably accomplished. Therefore, there is a great advantage that it is possible to easily and reliably repair worn parts on site without the need for the large-scale work of taking out the entire plate from the sintering equipment as in the past. There is no need to replace the sintering equipment, and the desired repair can be accomplished by replacing only the worn parts at any time, which has the advantage of significantly reducing the maintenance cost of the sintering equipment and significantly improving the operating efficiency. Furthermore, since the crushing plate main body and each liner split member are engaged through the dovetail groove and the dovetail-shaped protrusion that fits into the dovetail groove, each split member can be fixed with a stopper. There is no risk of it separating from the plate body even if it is not heated, and since the length of each split member is set in the range of 20 to 400 mm, as mentioned above, the allowable amount of heat becomes too small and a large amount of sintering occurs. It has the advantage of not being damaged in the high-temperature contact atmosphere of ore, and being able to withstand deflection of the plate body without causing cracks.

As described in the embodiments, if the heat-resistant and abrasion-resistant liner split member is made of a sintered body as a structural ceramic, its heat-resistant and abrasion-resistant performance can be greatly improved.
