方向に亘つて形成されてあり、バーナー収納室7
には2次空気流入孔4,4aが穿孔されてある。
各バーナー収納室7内には管状ガスバーナー2が
配設されるとともに管状ガスバーナー2の上側お
よび下側には上側2次空気供給路17と下側2次
空気供給路17aが形成されてある。管状ガスバ
ーナー2の長手方向に亘つて多数の炎孔3,3a
が列設されてあり、これらの炎孔3,3aは2次
空気流入孔4,4aを介して調理室1内に開口し
てある。炎孔3,3aは管状ガスバーナー2に水
平方向に貫設された炎孔3と、斜め下方に貫設さ
れた炎孔3aとを交互にして千鳥状に配設してあ
る。2次空気流入孔4,4aは炎孔3,3aの位
置に対応して千鳥状に穿孔されてあつて隣合う2
次空気流入孔4,4aは互いに連通してある。炎
孔3,3aから出る炎8は2次空気流入孔4,4
aの上下方向の中央を通つて調理室1内に入るの
であり、2次空気9,9aは炎8の上側および下
側から2次空気供給路17,17aを通つて供給
されるのである。しかして炎孔3aから出る炎8
は第2図の矢印で示すように一旦調理室1内に斜
め下方向に向けて噴出したのちに上向くこととな
り、したがつて炎孔3から出る炎8のように炎孔
13から噴出してからすぐに上向きに伸びるのに
較べて炎8の水平方向の炎長を伸ばすことができ
るのである。10は調理室1の底部に載置される
汁受皿であり、11はガス赤外線バーナーであ
る。管状ガスバーナー2とガス赤外線バーナー1
1との間の調理箱5内には焼き網12を支持する
