て、前記シリンダブロックをシリコンゴムブロックで成
形して外囲に剛性金属筒をはめ、同シリコンゴムブロッ
クの下面に、先端を細くした中空二一ドルの上端面を気
密に圧接し、シリコイゴムブロックに形成するシリンダ
ボアの上部を小径として針状プランジャとの間のシール
