給装置とを備えた殺菌釜において、上記殺菌室周囲の蒸
気供給口部分を除く少くとも一部の殺菌室周壁を、広範
囲に亙ってその内部に所定広さの空洞部を持つ二重壁構
造とし、この二重壁構造と１た殺菌室周壁の内側の壁面
各所に、殺菌室内部に供給された蒸気を上記周壁内部の
空洞部内へと流出させる小径な蒸気流出口を所定間隔あ
けて多数個設けると共に、この同じ二重壁構造とした殺
菌室周壁の外側の壁面に、該周壁内部の空洞部内に流出
させた蒸気を殺菌室外部へと逃がす大径な蒸気排出口を
一個ないし複数個設けてなるきのこ培養基の常圧殺菌釜
