【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は内径火炎焼入バーナ装置に関するもの

一般に内径火炎焼入バーナ装置bは第1図に示
すように走行台車a上のトーチcにアダブタdを
介して装着されガスと酸素の混合気をガス導管e
を介してガスチヤンバf内に導きノズルgより噴
出させて火炎を形成し、また冷却水導管hから冷
却水を冷却水チヤンバiに導き冷却水ノズルjよ
り噴出させて被焼入体kの焼入れに供するもので

共に冷却水チヤンバ4の端面に導孔6を形成し且
つガス導管3の端部に螺子部8を形成したバーナ
本体1と、周部にガス用ノズル11を有するガス
チヤンバ10の端面に前記バーナ本体1の螺子孔
8が着脱可能に螺合する螺子孔12を設けると共
にガスチヤンバ10の端面にバーナ本体1の導孔
6に通じる凹部13を形成したノズル部9とを備
えたから、火炎ノズル部分の損傷時ノズル部9の
みを新品と交換すればよくなり、しかもノズル部
9とバーナ本体1との螺子結合部分の冷却がなさ
