Column rows arranged in the width direction are provided at intervals in the shelf width direction, and a plurality of beams connecting the columns located at the end of the article entrance/exit side in each column row are arranged above and below. A plurality of hanging boards are provided at appropriate intervals in the shelf width direction and in the vertical direction, and a plurality of hanging members in vertical postures that support the front end of the hanging board on the article entry/exit side are placed on the shelf. A state in which a plurality of hanging plate supporting members in a horizontal or substantially horizontal posture are fixed to the outer surface of the beam member at intervals in the width direction and are spaced apart in the vertical direction to support the rear end portion of the hanging plate. The present invention relates to a three-dimensional shelf installed between the columns.

必要である。 Such three-dimensional shelves have the feature of being very economical and easy to construct as a whole, but in order to further promote this economical feature, it is necessary to increase the strength of the hanging plates and make the work easier. This is desired, and for this purpose, sufficient ingenuity is required for the fixed connection structure between the hanging material and the hanging plate.

変形し易い欠点があつた。 As shown in FIG. In addition to fixing the projection 08, a locking hole 09 in which the locking projection 08 engages is provided on the side of the hanging material 05, and the projection 08 is inserted into the hole 0.
As shown in FIG. 2, a cut groove 010 of an appropriate depth is formed on the outer edge side of the hanging plate 06. With the hanging material 05 using a flat bar inserted into the cut groove 010, this hanging material 05 and the opposing plate members 011, 011 integrally projected downward from the hanging plate 06 on both sides thereof are bolted together. It is known that the hanging plate 06 and the hanging member 05 are fixedly connected by the following method. However, all of these conventional structures require complicated and troublesome work, which increases the manufacturing cost. ○Since the type in (a) is simply an engagement support, it is not only easy to cause backlash when installed, but also the load acting on the hanging plate acts as a shearing force and bending force on the locking protrusion, causing the protrusion to become loose. There are disadvantages in terms of strength, such as easy breakage and bending deformation, and since the hanging material 05 is used with a large width along the shelf width direction, it is difficult to use hanging materials that are adjacent to each other in the shelf width direction. If an attempt is made to secure a space of sufficient size between the materials 05 for taking goods in and out, there is a disadvantage that the width of the entire shelf becomes large. On the other hand,
In the latter case, since the hanging materials 05 are used in a state where the width along the shelf width direction becomes smaller, there is a space between the hanging materials 05 adjacent to each other in the shelf width direction that is large enough for the loading and unloading of goods. Although the overall width of the shelf can be made as small as possible by securing a space for the shelf, if an uneven load is applied to the hanging plate after tightening the bolts, the hanging plate itself will not move around the cut groove. It had the disadvantage of being easily bent and deformed.

する点にある。 The present invention was developed in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and its purpose is to improve the connection structure between the hanging material and the hanging board, while reducing the overall width of the shelf.
A space of sufficient size can be secured between hanging materials adjacent to each other in the width direction of the shelf, and while it is easy to work, the strength of the hanging board itself and the connection strength to this hanging board can be sufficiently increased. The point is to make it so.

用及び効果は次の通りである。 The characteristic configuration of the three-dimensional shelf according to the present invention is that a side plate is provided at least on the front edge of the hanging plate, integrally with the top plate, to protrude downward, and the hanging member has a width along the width direction of the shelf that is It is formed into a flat bar whose width is smaller than the width along the width direction, and a plate member fixedly connected to the hanging member in a state in contact with the downwardly protruding side plate of the hanging plate is fixed to the hanging member. The effects are as follows.

This prevents the overall width of the shelf from increasing while ensuring a sufficient space for the shelves.

のである。 Then, in order to connect the hanging material formed on a flat bar with a small width along the shelf width direction and the hanging board, a side plate that projects downward is provided on the front edge of the hanging board, and a side plate is provided on the front edge of the hanging board. , the plate members are fixed so that the side plate and the plate member are fixedly connected in a state where they are in contact with each other. In other words, a plate member is fixed to a hanging material formed on a flat bar having a small width along the shelf width direction, and the hanging material is provided with a connection part for fixing the plate member with bolts, rivets, etc. The board is provided with a protruding side plate for connection with the board member, thereby reinforcing the hanging board itself. It should be noted that, compared to providing locking protrusions and cut grooves in the conventional structure described above, providing side plates protruding from the hanging plate can be done more easily by drawing or bending the plate material. be.

Furthermore, while obtaining these advantages, it has become possible to connect the hanging material and the hanging board with ease of work and advantageous in terms of strength.
