Abstract

PURPOSE:To fix an insulator film regardless of material of a coil bobbin, by a method in which a film strip made of material with which the insulator film can be heat-melted is bonded with adhesive, the tip of the insulator film is heat- deposited, and the end of the wound insulator film is heat-deposited on the previously wound insulator film. CONSTITUTION:An insulator film 1 is heat-melted by supersonic at a bonding part W1 on a film strip 3 which is bonded preliminarily on a coil bobbin 2 and has the same nature as the insulator film 1 and with which the insulator film 1 can be heat-melted. Thereafter, the insulator film 1 of several turns is wound in the arrow P direction shown in the figure and the winding end of the insulator film 1 is heat-melted by supersonic at the bonding part W2 on the insulating film wound before one turn, in order to complete fixing of the insulator film of one layer to the bobbin.

(Structure of conventional example and its problems) Conventionally, the methods of winding an insulating film around a coil bobbin several turns and fixing it are as follows: (1) A method of fixing the beginning and end of the winding of the insulating film with adhesive tape. (2) There are methods of thermally welding and fixing the insulating film and the coil bobbin using ultrasonic waves, a heating iron, or the like.

When fixing by heat welding (2), it is possible to fix well if the insulating films are the same, but if the bobbin and the film are made of different materials, for example, if a Noryl bobbin and a polyester film are made, heat welding is not possible. In this case, it is necessary to heat the bobbin to melt the bobbin and the film, and to mechanically engage and fix the film and the bobbin. But if the bobbin is thermoset.

(Structure of the Invention) The method for fixing a coil bobbin and an insulating film of the present invention is that when the insulating film is wound around the coil bobbin and fixed, the material is made of the same material as the insulating film wound around the fill bobbin or a material that is easily heat-welded to the insulating film. The film piece is pasted with adhesive, the tip of the insulating film wound around this film piece is heat welded, and the end of the wound insulating film is placed on top of the previously wound insulating film. It is fixed by heat welding.

In FIG. 1, the insulating film 1 is superimposed on a film piece 3 that is the same as the insulating film l or can be heat-welded to the coil bobbin 2 and fixed by ultrasonic heat welding at the welded part ν1, and then the insulating film 1 is wound several times in the direction of arrow P shown in FIG. The fixing is completed. 4 is a terminal pin base portion of the coil bobbin, and 5 is a terminal pin for connecting the coil ends.

Fig. 4 shows a cross section of the insulating film 1 completely fixed to the coil bobbin 2, where the winding start fl is thermally welded at the welding part v1 using an adhesive film piece as an intermediary, and the winding end f2 is directly filmed at the welding part v2. This shows a state in which they are thermally welded together.

FIG. 5 is a sectional view of one embodiment. In the same figure, the first layer of polyester film F1 is fixed to the Noryl coil bobbin 2 by the method of the present invention, and the second to fifth layers of the polyester film are made of the same film material, so It's just heat welded. The coils are sequentially connected from the winding start end A of the coil to the fourth layer via the aligned winding diode D of the first layer, and are taken out as a high voltage output at the winding end B. Since a piece of adhesive film is used at the beginning of winding the first layer of insulating film, the first layer coil is a low voltage section and there is no particular problem with reliability.

Although the Noryl coil bobbin and polyester film cannot be fixed by heat welding alone, they are fixed to the coil bobbin 2 with adhesive so that they will not shift. Furthermore, since the adhesive film pieces are adhered to the coil bobbin 2 in advance, the processing of the insulating film and the processing of the adhesive film pieces can be separated, making it easy to automate and efficiently assemble the coil. 8 is a casting resin for insulation, and C1 to C4 are aligned winding coils.

(Effects of the Invention) According to the present invention, regardless of the material of the coil bobbin,
The insulating film can be fixed, eliminating the need to use adhesive tape or other materials that weaken voltage resistance on high-voltage parts.
The process of gluing the adhesive film and fixing the insulating film can be separated, making it easier to automate. In addition, since the parts that cannot be thermally welded are fixed between the film piece and the coil bobbin using an adhesive such as an adhesive, there are various effects such as preventing the film from slipping.
