従来よりヒートパイプと加熱源から構成するも
のが知られているが(実開昭56−13675号)、これ
らのものでは、床面に設置する場合、ヒートパイ
プ内の作動液が床面の傾斜が有る場合、即ち加熱
源(蒸発部)がヒートパイプの凝縮部より高く設
置された時は作動液の逆流で熱伝達が不完全とな
つてしまい暖房効果を低下するとともに、加熱源
にガスバーナ等にて加熱した場合は、作動液のか
たよりにより空焚状態を起す欠点を有している。

本考案は上記不都合を解消するものであり、以
下図面にて詳細に説明する。第1図は本考案の一
実施例で温水加熱によるもので、温水加熱源とヒ
ートパイプを連設した床暖房器の実施例の平面図
である。1はヒートパイプで、2は温水加熱通路
であり、ヒートパイプ1の一端が接触して連設し
ている。2′は温水入口、2″は温水出口である。
床暖房装置の一方を床面に対してヒートパイプ1
を傾斜させるが、この傾斜角度は1〜2度程度の
傾斜のため目視等による傾斜確認を行うために水
準器3を設けて、ヒートパイプ部の凝縮部が加熱
部(蒸発部)2より高位置にあることをこの水準
器3にて目視しながら、高さ調節器4等を介して
行う。第2図は第1図A−A断側面図である。第
3図は床面に対して加熱源2をヒートパイプ1よ
り低く設定するため高さ調節器4を介して行なう
がその時の傾斜確認を水準器3にて行う。第4図
は水準器3の気泡の移動位置を示す窓部を示す。
第5図は他の実施例の平面図を示す。板状のヒー
トパイプ1を加熱体7をガスバーナ等にて(図示
しない)加熱する実施例を示した平面図である。
第6図は、第5図のB−B断側面図であり、平板
状のヒートパイプ1の一部をガスバーナの加熱体
7とした構成である。第7図は円形状水準器3の
気泡の移動位置を示す窓部を示す。

面特に畳面での設置時においてはこの傾斜角度の
確保が難かしく、高さ調節器を介して傾斜角を得
るようにして、ヒートパイプ内の作動液の不作動
等の不都合を防止するとともに、空焚を防止等の
効果を有する。
