As the amount of rainwater flowing into rivers has increased due to the spread and development of sewage systems, the number of cases in which small and medium-sized rivers flood during periods of heavy rain has increased. Rainwater treatment systems that collect rainwater, allow a portion of it to percolate underground, and drain the rest into conventional sewers to reduce the amount of rainwater that flows into rivers through the sewers are coming into practical use.

0 is a double-barreled special rainwater basin, and the left side rainwater drainage basin 21 is covered with a basin lid 22 having a rainwater inflow hole, and a drain hole 23 is formed at the bottom. The right rainwater drainage basin 24 is covered with a non-porous basin cover 25, and a seepage pipe 30 extends deep into the ground through the bottom of the basin. Both rainwater drainage basins 21 and 24 are communicated by an upper passage 26, and connecting pipes (perforated pipes) 31 and 32 are opened on the inner surface of the peripheral wall of the right rainwater drainage basin.

However, garbage such as wood chips and dirt from the street enters the rainwater basin 20 together with rainwater, so if things continue as they are, they will not be allowed to flow into the infiltration pipe 30, the connecting pipe 31,
It is necessary to install filters to remove dirt and sediment, but it is important that these filters are easy to replace. Nevertheless, the area of the cell lids 22 and 25, that is, the openings of the rainwater drainage cells 21 and 24, is too small to accommodate a human body, and the height position of the rainwater inlet of the infiltration pipe 30 and the connecting pipes 31 and 32 is too small. Since the depth is beyond the reach of humans, there was a problem that conventionally known filters were impractical.

FIGS. 5A and 5B show an example of a jig 60 for attaching and detaching the strainer 50. In the figures, 61 is the jig main body, and 62 is an operating rod. The jig main body 61 has a tubular body including a flat tubular holding portion 61A having a rapping opening 61a and a guide tube portion 61B, into which an operating rod 62 is inserted. This holding part 6
1A has a pipe hole large enough to house the attachment/detachment handle 51 and hold the strainer 50 by frictional engagement. The operating rod 62 has a handle 62a at one end, and a holding portion 61 at the other end inserted into the jig main body 61.
A presser portion 62A is formed that is large enough to slide inside A and also serves as a retainer. 63 is a stopper provided on the operating rod 62, and the jig main body 61 is held in place by the handle 6 until the presser part 62A is located at the gripper opening 61a.
2a engages with the flange portion of the jig main body 61 when pulled back.

This filter is used to remove earth and sand from rainwater flowing into the connecting pipes 31 and 32 shown in Fig. 1. During construction, the short pipe adapter 40 is
The strainer receiving parts 43, 43 are fitted into the connecting pipe 31 until the protruding parts almost touch the inner wall surface of the rainwater drainage mass 21, and fixed with adhesive. In this case, the strainer receivers 43, 43 are positioned so that the insertion gaps 42, 42 formed by the strainer receivers 43, 43 face each other in the horizontal direction, and are inserted and fixed into the connecting pipe 31.

The strainer 50 is held by the jig 60 by inserting its detachable handle 51 into the holding part 61 of the jig 60, holding the handle 62a of the jig 60 in your hand, and shortening the edge of the strainer 50. End face 41 of pipe adapter 40
Lower the jig 60 until the edge enters the insertion gap 42, 42 and is received by the strainer receiving parts 43, 43 while following the jig 60, and then press the handle part 51 of the strainer 50 with the holding part 62A of the operating rod 62. The jig main body 61 is pulled up by pressing the tip downward, and the jig main body 61 is removed from the attachment/detachment handle 51 to complete the attachment.

During this installation work, even if the center of the strainer 50 and the center of the short pipe adapter 40 are shifted to the left or right, since the insertion gaps 42, 42 are in an inverted eight shape, the strainer 50 can be moved between the two centers by the strainer receivers 43, 43. The strainer 50 can be easily installed by simply lowering the entire strainer 50 so that the edges of the strainer 50 match up with the insertion gaps 42, 42, and the strainer 50 is fixed to the end surface of the short pipe adapter 40. It is.

As described above, since the mesh part of the strainer of the present invention is bowl-shaped, the area of the mesh part can be increased compared to the case where the mesh part is plate-shaped, so that the ability to remove dirt can be increased. It is strong against pressure from rainwater and has a long lifespan. It also has a detachable handle and is used by being attached to a short pipe adapter with a strainer receiver, so the installation location is difficult to reach. Even in deep places, it can be easily attached and detached using a jig.Furthermore, since a short tube adapter is used as described above, the end surface shape and end surface of the mating tube to which the short tube adapter is attached can be easily changed. It has the advantage that it can be used regardless of the shape of the inner surface of the surrounding, for example, rainwater drainage basin, and whether or not this inner surface and the end surface are flush with each other, and furthermore, it can be manufactured at low cost.
