装置に実施した例を示す縦断正面図、第５図は同横断平
面図、第６図は従来の熱交換器を使用したときの洗浄水
の経路を示すフローチャート図、第７甲は従来の熱交換
器を使用した局部洗浄装置の使用状態を示す概略図であ
る。 ２４・・・熱交換器、２４ａ・・・加温タンク、２４ｂ
・・・貯湯タンク、３２・・・安全装置。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 有底筒状に形成した金属製の加温タンクと、合成樹脂に
    より中空筒状に形成した貯湯筒からなり、前記貯湯筒内
    に加温タンクを、貯湯筒内上部に貯湯部が形成されるよ
    うに収納して加温タンクの開口端を貯湯筒の一方の開口
    部内側に嵌着すると共に、この加温タンクの周面に開口
    した通抜孔を介して加温タンクと貯湯部とを連通させ、
    前記加温タンク内に給水ラインと連通ずる通水路を有す
    るヒータを遊嵌して貯湯筒の一方を閉鎖し、貯湯筒の他
    方の開口部には貯湯部と連通ずる通水口を設けた安全装
    置を付設して閉鎖して成る瞬間加熱式熱交換装置。
