ンドル9に枢支した切換爪11とから成り、切換
爪11を巻取状態にセツトすると、ハンドル9の
捲取方向の回転が、ラチエツト機構8及び主軸3
を介して捲取胴6に伝わり、ハンドル9の逆方向
すなわち繰出し方向の回転はフリー回転となつて
主軸3には伝わらない。前記ブレーキギヤ7は側
板2に枢支した止爪12により、繰出し方向の回
転を制止されている。このブレーキギヤ7はスプ
リングワツシヤ、ブレーキ板(図示せず)などの
作用により、主軸3に制動力を付与している。ハ
ンドル9を捲取方向に回動したとき、主軸3と共
にブレーキギヤ7も回動するが、主軸3に、これ
を繰出し方向に回転させる力が作用したときは、
ブレーキギヤ7及び止爪12によつてこれを制止
すべく前記制動力が主軸3に作用する。ハンドル
