源の停電時に前記主半導体制御素子をオン制御する．と
ともに、交流電源の復電時に前記補助半導体制御素子を
オン制御して主半導体制御素子に逆バイアス電圧を印加
させる制御回路とを備えたことを特徴とする無停電電源
