Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）転写紙の長さよりも短い周長の感光体を用い、萌
    惑光体の周面に少なくとも帯電手段、露光手段、現像兼
    クリーニング手段、転写手段とを有する画像形成装置に
    おいて、転写終了後、前記感光体上に残留するトナーに
    前記帯電手段と同極性の電荷を付与する手段を有するこ
    とを特徴とする画像形成装置。
  2. （２）前記電荷付与手段は前記転写手段であり、前記転
    写紙への転写終了後少なくとも前記感光体全周にわたり
    前記転写手段により電荷を付与することを特徴とする実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記裁の画像形成装置。
