【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は大容量記憶装置に関し、特に磁気テー
プカートリツジの搬入搬出機構の改良に関するも
のである。

大容量記憶装置においては筒状体の周囲に磁気
テープを巻き全体をカバーで覆つた円筒状磁気テ
ープカートリツジが用いられている。このような
カートリツジを記録再生装置へ導入しあるいは該
装置から取り出して外部へ排出するための搬入搬
出機構の従来例を第1図に示す。このカートリツ
ジ搬入搬出機構1はカートリツジ3にころがり運
動をさせるために水平面に対しαの角度を有する
カートリツジ転動移送用傾斜通路4を備えてい
る。カートリツジ3は図示しない前面壁体の挿入
口2より円筒状カートリツジ3の軸が傾斜通路4
の移送方向と直角となるように挿入される。この
挿入口2の下部の傾斜通路4の始端部にはカート
リツジ案内規正溝6が設けられている。カートリ
ツジ持上げ用傾斜支持面を構成するエキステンシ
ヨン5が傾斜通路4に連続して規正溝6上に設け
られる。カートリツジ3を挿入口2より内部に挿
入する場合、カートリツジ先端は規正溝6の案内
面7に案内されて傾斜通路4に対し直角に挿入さ
れ、全体が挿入されるとカートリツジ3はL字形
エキステンシヨン5の屈曲突出部上に載置され規
正溝から持上げられて傾斜通路4上を転動する。
この場合、L字形エキステンシヨン5の屈曲突出
部はカートリツジ3全体を持上げ支持するための
規正溝6上に沿つて比較的長く設けなければなら
ない(カートリツジ3の重心を支持する位置ま
で)。従つて、カートリツジを挿入するアクセツ
サの位置決め誤差等によりカートリツジ3が傾斜
通路4の移送方向に対し直角とならず比較的大き
く傾斜して挿入されるとカートリツジ先端はエキ
ステンシヨン5上を通つて直接傾斜通路4上に達
し、規正溝6による方向規正を受けないまま傾斜
通路4上に斜めに配置される。このためカートリ
ツジ3の端部が通路側壁に接触しカートリツジ3
は転動せずカートリツジの移送は達成されない。

供を目的とする。このため本考案に係るカートリ
ツジ搬入搬出機構は規正溝の両端部にカートリツ
ジ持上げ用傾斜支持面を傾斜通路に連続して設
け、両傾斜支持面のうち挿入口から遠隔部の傾斜
支持面に連続するカートリツジ先端案内用傾斜面
を上記規正溝内に設けている。

5′は規正溝6上に短い幅しか突出していないた
めカートリツジ先端はこのエキステンシヨン5′
に邪魔されることなく規正溝6の案内面7により
直角方向に規正され規正溝6の先端部の案内用傾
斜面9に沿つて上昇し傾斜支持面8上に達する
(第3図,第4図参照)。この傾斜支持面8はエキ
ステンシヨン5′とともに水平面に対し傾斜通路
4と同様に角度αだけ傾斜しているため(第5図
参照)カートリツジ3は傾斜支持面8およびエキ
ステンシヨン5′上からころがり始め傾斜通路4
上を転動移動し所定の場所まで搬送される。
