[Detailed description of the invention] This invention is a mounting bracket for the lens frame and temple of glasses.
More specifically, it is an improved mounting bracket between the temple of glasses and the lens mounting frame, and its purpose is to provide elasticity to the undulating state of the temple, making it convenient to use.
Furthermore, the purpose is to prevent the temples from moving, deforming or loosening during use and carrying.

Conventionally, many ideas have been proposed for attaching the temples of glasses, that is, the structure of the hinges, depending on the type of lens attachment frame made of metal, resin, Betsuko, etc. Further, the use of the elasticity of a coil spring as in the invention of the present application has recently attracted attention, and is disclosed, for example, in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 180316/1983. In this configuration, the elasticity of the coil spring is used to press the small ball and it is supported by being loosely inserted into the recessed part of the end face of the temple mounting bracket. There is a drawback that the screw part of the mounting part becomes loose because it presses against the side surface of the holder. The present invention has been improved to avoid such drawbacks, and is designed to ensure reliable operation and durable use.

Hereinafter, to explain the drawings in detail, A is a mounting bracket that is fixed to a lens mounting frame of eyeglasses or a metal fitting fixed to the lens mounting frame. In other words, if the lens mounting frame (not shown) is made of metal, it is directly welded, but if it is made of synthetic resin, Betsuko, or other material other than metal, a separate fixing fitting is attached and it is fixed to this fitting, of course it is directly fixed. You can also do that. As shown in the exploded view in Figure 2, this mounting bracket A forms a mounting head 2 at the tip of the main body 1.This mounting head 2 has a notch in the center to form two left and right gripping pieces 2a and 2b. , and both screw holes 3 are opened in relation to each other, and the vine C described later is
The mounting end of the mounting bracket B is clamped between the clamping pieces 2a and 2b. Thus, the mounting heads 2a, 2b are formed by connecting a gently sloped surface 4 which slopes downwardly toward the front end, a steeply sloped surface 4a, and an abutment surface 4b at one end of the temple C, respectively.

Next, the temple mounting bracket B consists of a housing bracket 5 and a housing bracket 6, as shown in the exploded view in Figure 2.
The receiving metal fitting 5 is provided with a concave groove 5b over its entire length, leaving a part of the lower surface of one end 5a, and a stepped portion 5c is also provided over the entire length from the upper surface of the concave groove 5b.
This is the receiving part. In addition, the other end has a concave groove strip 5b from the upper surface.
A through hole 7 opening inward is opened, and an inclined surface 5d is formed at the front end. The receiving metal fitting 6 is installed by opening a window hole 6b in the center of the insert body 6a to be inserted into the concave groove 5b formed in the receiving metal fitting 5, excluding both ends, and fitting the coil spring 8 into the window hole 6b. Attachment part 9
is left diagonally upward and both ends thereof form an inclined surface 6c in a diagonally upward state, and the receiving fitting 6 is attached to the receiving fitting 6 by protruding the mounting portion 9 outward and recessed groove strip 5 of the receiving fitting 5.
Insert the short tube 10 into the window hole 6b by compressing the end of the coil spring 8 on the mounting part 9 side and aligning it with the position of the through hole 7. , the screw 11 is screwed into the short tube 10 through the through hole 7 and fixed, and the mounting portion 9 is attached to the clamping piece 2 of the mounting bracket A.
Insert it between a and 2b and tighten it with a screw 12 so that it can rotate.

As described above, in the present invention, the mounting bracket A that is attached to the lens frame or the metal fitting fixed to the lens frame and the temple bracket B that is attached to the temple C are attached to each other as shown in FIG. When opened, the receiving metal fitting 6 is always pulled inward by the recessed groove 5b of the receiving metal fitting 5 by the elasticity of the coil spring 8.
The inclined surface 6c contacts the inclined surface 4 of the mounting bracket A, and can maintain a good condition in which it can rotate or oscillate while maintaining a horizontal state on the matching inclined surface. On the other hand, if the inclined surface 6c is closed, the inclined surface 5d is attached to the mounting bracket. It comes into contact with the horizontal surface 4e of the top surface of A, and is able to maintain the closed state without moving in the direction of opening naturally due to the tension of the coil spring 8. Since this state can be maintained at all times, there will be no deformation of the temple C or loosening of the mounting portion, making it convenient to use and durable.
