In this case, there was a step difference, and the outer surface of the member a and the outer surface of the cell member b were not flush with each other, and there was a drawback that the outer surface of the cell member a could get stuck at the boundary c. Moreover, the appearance was also distorted.

A needle-shaped core member d protrudes. Then, this core member d was inserted and fitted into a hole e formed in the cell member b, thereby connecting the cell member b and the member a. However, with this configuration of temple A, cell member b is removed during use.
When the cell member B and member A were dried, a gap was formed at the boundary between cell member B and member A, causing the temple A to wobble. Further, when manufacturing the temple A having this configuration, there was a drawback that the processing steps were large and the cost was high.

Therefore, the feature of the present invention is that the box pipe member is inserted and fitted from the tapered end of the elongated core member formed with a taper in one end direction, and the box pipe member has a convex portion at one end, and the elongated hole is inserted from the convex portion. The core member is fitted into the elongated hole of the elongated cell member, and the convex portion of the cell member is tightly fitted to the box pipe member.

The figure is an overall perspective view. Further, 1 is an elongated core member, 2 is a box pipe member, 3 is a cell member, and 4 is a hinge member. The elongated core member 1 is a metal member and is tapered toward one end thereof, and the tapered end 5, which is the tip thereof, is in the shape of a needle. Further, near the other end of the core member 1, a hinge 4, which is one of the parts connecting the front B and the temple A (see FIG. 6), is brazed.

The size of the protruding part 8 of the convex part 7 is formed to be slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the box pipe member 2, so that it can be engaged with the inside of the box pipe member 2. Also,
The cell member 3 is provided with a tapered elongated hole 8' extending from the tip of the convex portion 7 to the inside of the cell member 3, into which the elongated core member 1 can be inserted and fitted.

Since the box pipe member 2 can be assembled without brazing to the core member 1, there is an advantage that assembly is very simple. In addition, since the convex portion 7 is melted by heat and tightly fitted to the box pipe member 2, the cell member 3
can be firmly attached to the box pipe member 2. Note that the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and the shape of the box pipe member 2 may be varied depending on the shape of the core member 1, such as a round shape.
