【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は廃アスファルトコンクリートの再生方法とその
装置に関するものである。道路舗装材としてのアスファ
ルトコンクリートは、最近の交通量の増加によって傷み
も激しくなり、補修も度々行われるようになってきた。

発明はこの点に対処し、再生材料の特性に応じた品質向
上と輻射熱の効率化を画り、有効な軟化剤の添加を目的
としたものである。

剤噴出ロアは排煙機構16を貫いてドラム2内に突出す
る添加剤パイプ13の先端に下方に向けて複数開口して
いる。

法から発想を転換し、平行移送と共にバーナー6の対向

対向部から圧力噴出による噴霧状態で供給添加するよう
にしたものである。再生材料の最適温度は165℃であ
るとされているが、本発明によれば再生工程がほぼ完了
した材料温度165°C程度の段階で軟化剤の添加を行
うことが出来、軟化剤の熱劣化を防止することができる
