Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本案は耐火庫即ち壁面を耐火、耐熱構造となし
た金庫等の庫体構造に係り、更に詳しくは前面開
口とした箱状の庫体本体を金属板からなる内、外
箱体にて2重壁構造となし、この内、外箱体間の
空間にセメント等の耐火、耐熱材を充填してなる
庫体構造において内、外箱体の成型及びその結合
を容易に行えるようになしたことを目的とするも

溶着し、かつ当該内、外箱を嵌合して所定位置で
溶着結合するものであつた為に溶着個所が極めて
多く作業を面倒にするだけでなく内、外箱体の結
合の為の溶着部分は内外箱体間の空間の内奥部に
相当する為に溶着作業を極めて困難にする欠点が

本案は以上のような従来の欠点を除くべく考案
したもので、その要旨とするところは一枚の金属
板の折立てによつて裏板を除いて内、外箱体の箱
枠を一体に形成可能となして溶着個所の数を減ら
すとともに内箱、外箱の結合を別途行うことのな
いようになし、もつて箱枠の形成を容易にしよう
というものであり、
以下添附図面にて詳説すれば箱枠Aを構成する
内箱A′及び外箱A″は第3図に示すような平板1
の折立てによつて連続一体物として形成されるも
ので、従つて当該平板1には外箱A″用の天板2
側板3,3及び底分割板4,4を折目5…を介し
て形成するとともに各板体の一側縁(図中上側
縁)には夫々、煙返し部B形成用の折目6…折立
片7…を介して内箱A′用の天板8側板9,9及
び底分割板10,10を互いに分離した状態で連
続形成し、又この外箱A″用の各板体の他側縁
(図中下側縁)及び底分割板4,4の遊端縁、更
には内箱A′用の各板体の両側縁には夫々連結用
の折立縁11若しくは12又は13を形成してお
り、この平板1を折立てて箱枠Aを形成するに
は、先ず折立縁11…12を同方向に直角に折立
て、折立縁13…は上記折立縁11,12と同方
向に約45゜に傾斜させて折立てた後、煙返し部B
用の折目6…を第4図に示すように所定の角度に
折曲げるとともに、折目5…に従つて外箱A″用
の各板体を折立てて底分割板4,4の折立縁1
2,12を接合させて溶着又はロー付け等によつ
て固着結合するとともに内箱A′用の各板体の隣
接する各折立縁13…を接合し、更に溶着又はロ
ー付けにて固着結合することによつて、内箱
A′外箱A″を第2図に示すように後裏板を除いた
状態で一体に形成するものである。内箱A′の後
部は第6図に示すように周縁に取付縁を折曲形成
した内裏板14を嵌合溶着して密閉され、外箱
A″の後部は内、外箱体間の空間Cに発泡セメン
ト等の耐火材を充填した後折立縁11…によつて
形成された段部15…に外裏板16を嵌合し、か
つ溶着固定することによつて閉止され完全な外箱
A″を形成するのである。尚第3図において示し
た折目6…は煙返し部Bの屈曲形状によつて折目
線の数を適宜増減されるものであり、又これに応
じて切込み部17…の切込形状も変更され、当該
切込み部17…の隣接する切欠縁17′は第2図
に示すように箱枠形成時に煙返し部Bの4隅角に
おいて接合されるもので各接合部は好ましくはロ
