In Figures 1 and 2, 1 is a heat collecting roof part located in a normal indoor room A part, and 2 is a lighting roof part located in a sunroom B part adjacent to the outside of the room A. be. These two roof parts 1 and 2 are integrally formed so as to be vertically adjacent to each other in the direction of roof flow.
In the heat collecting roof section 1, a roof base is formed by laying a roof board 4 on the rafters 3 and, if necessary, further laying a waterproof sheet (not shown) on top of the roof board. It is assumed that a heating device C is installed. On the other hand, in the daylighting roof part 2, the roof base is formed by a framework of rafters 5 and cross members 6 made of wood or extruded aluminum, etc.
A glazing structure G is installed thereon. Sleeve decorative covers 7, 7 common to both roof portions 1, 2 are disposed along the side edges of both roof portions 1, 2.

As shown in the right part of Fig. 3, the solar heat collector C has a plurality of tile rods 8 made of assembled aluminum extruded materials placed on the roof subsurface at predetermined intervals and parallel to the direction of the roof flow. A waterproof plate 9 made of a colored steel plate or the like and having rising edges 9a, 9a on both sides between the adjacent tile rods 8, 8, and a heat insulating material 1
0 and a heat collecting plate 11 having a passageway 11a are sequentially arranged in a laminated manner, and a transparent body 12 such as glass is further arranged above the heat collecting plate 11 to form a heat collecting part. And around the four sides of this heat collecting part,
Header pipes or water passages 13 through which water circulates are arranged, and the upper portions of these are covered with cover materials 14, 15, and 16, respectively. As shown in FIG. 3, the side cover material 14 has its outer end supported by the upper end of a support plate 17 fixed on the roof board 4 via the waterproof board 9. In addition, an inwardly bent mounting portion 7a of the upper part of the sleeve decorative cover 7 is mounted and fixed to the upper end surface of the cover material 14 with screws or the like. In order to receive rainwater that may enter through the mounting portion, a rainwater receptacle 18 having a square cross section is integrally provided on the outer surface of the support plate 17 near its lower end.

On the other hand, the glazing structure G of the daylighting roof section 2
As shown in the left part of FIG. 3, tile rods 8 similar to the heat collecting section are arranged in parallel on each rafter 5 of the roof base with channel-shaped metal waterproof plates 19 interposed therebetween. Transparent material 2 such as glass on the top between adjacent tile bars
0 is fitted and stretched. The left and right sleeve portions are surrounded by the cover material 14 on the upper surface and the support plate 17 that supports it, as in the case of the heat collector, and the sleeve decorative cover 7 is further provided on the outside thereof. It has been installed and made.

Cover member 16 covering the lower part of the solar heat collector C
(See Figures 1, 2, and 4) is arranged astride the heat collecting roof part 1 and the daylighting roof part 2, and the water pipe 13 is installed in the upper part of the lower space. On the other hand, in the lower part of the same space, an intermediate rain gutter 23 is disposed laterally between the lower end of the field board 4 and the upper end of the daylighting roof part 2.

This intermediate rain gutter 23 receives rainwater that may otherwise inadvertently enter the heat collecting portion of the heat collector C and flow down the top of the waterproof plate 9, etc., and guides it toward both side edges. Therefore, one side edge 23a on the heat collecting part side is inserted between the roof board 4 and the roof board 4 below the waterproof board 9, and is fixed onto the roof board 4 with nails or the like.
The bottom surface of the channel portion 23b that guides rainwater is the fifth
As shown in the figure in a slightly exaggerated manner, it is formed in the shape of a medium-high mountain, that is, it is high in the center and slopes downward toward both left and right ends. Waterproof board 9
In order to ensure that rainwater drips into this intermediate rain gutter 23, the lower end of the bottom part is made to protrude from the shedding board 4 as shown in FIG. 4, and the tip of this protruding part 9b is slightly bent downward. It is bent. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 5, both ends of the intermediate rain gutter 23 reach a position close to the vertical outer wall 7b of the sleeve decorative cover 7, and the bottom portion is slightly bent downward. From this end, rainwater drips into a rainwater receiving part 24 formed by bending the lower part of the decorative cover 7 into a substantially U shape. In addition, at the lower end of the sleeve decorative cover 7, an inwardly bent mounting portion 7c bent from the rainwater receiving portion 24 has a cross section L on the wall surface D on the house frame side.
It is mounted and fixed via a letter-shaped mounting bracket 21. Further, in FIG. 4, reference numeral 22 indicates a sealing material for the above-mentioned mounting portion, and 8a indicates an extension of the lower tile bar member constituting the lower part of the tile bar 8.

As shown in FIG. 6, at the lower end of the daylighting roof section 2, the upper surface from the lower end of the glazing structure G to the eaves is covered with a metal eaves top cover 25, and the end surface on the eaves side is covered with a face plate 26. It's broken.

As shown in FIG. 6, the decorative sleeve covers 7 on both sides extend further downward from the lighting roof 2, and their tips are cut diagonally, that is, vertically, and the end faces are hidden by decorative eaves covers 27. The lower rainwater receiving portion 24 of the sleeve decorative cover 7 itself is cut off at a position above the eaves rain gutter 28 attached to the house frame, so that rainwater flows down to the eaves rain gutter 28. .

As mentioned above, the roof structure according to this invention has a heat collecting roof part 1 that integrally incorporates a solar heat collector C.
and a daylighting roof section 2 consisting of a glazing structure G.
are integrally installed adjacent to the top and bottom of the roof in the direction of roof flow, so by installing it on a part of the roof of the house, it can be installed over the sunroom in the part facing outdoors. It is possible to construct a roof that combines the functions of daylighting and solar heat collection by placing a daylighting roof section and a heat collection roof section above the interior room. In addition, an intermediate rain gutter is installed at the lower end of the heat collecting roof part 1 at the boundary with the daylighting roof part 2, which receives rainwater inside the heat collecting roof part 1 and guides it toward the side edge. Since it is completely separate and independent from the daylighting roof section 2, the risk of rain leaking from the lower end of the heat collecting roof section to the sunroom, etc. below the daylighting roof section is completely eliminated. Regardless of whether the roof consists of a combination of heat collection and lighting, the structure can be made as simple as possible and extremely effective in keeping out rain.
