Conventionally, cargo handling machines such as forklift trucks and pallet transport vehicles have been frequently used to transport and unload loaded pallets, but all of these cargo handling machines are equipped with a driving motor and are in the form of self-propelled vehicles. Due to its heavy structure, it is impossible to move or carry it manually, and there are restrictions on where it can be used, such as on the loading platform of a freight vehicle or in a narrow warehouse. That was difficult.

1 to 5 mainly show a first embodiment for a double-sided pallet P1 , in which the loader main body 1 is connected to the operating frame 2.
and a pair of hawk-claw-shaped cargo receiving frames 3 extending parallel to each other at the front end of the operating frame 2. The front end of each cargo receiving frame 3 is formed into a U-shaped cross section with an open lower surface, and the remaining portion is formed into a substantially inverted triangular cross section with the width of the upper surface narrower than that of the front end. In the inverted triangular part of each receiving frame 3,
Inside thereof, a pair of reinforcing members 51 are provided along the longitudinal direction of the cargo receiving frame 3 to connect the bottom portion 3a and each inclined portion 3b. This reduces the weight of the receiving frame 3 and strengthens it against bending. The upper surface of each cargo receiving frame 3 functions as a cargo receiving surface 4, and the boundary between it and the operation frame 2 is connected to the cargo receiving surface 4 at an obtuse angle. An inclined pallet abutment surface 5 is formed. The cargo receiving frame 3 is formed in a size that allows it to be inserted into a gap C formed in the double-sided pallet P1 .

Further, the operating frame 2 is provided with a hydraulically operated first operating mechanism H1 that raises and lowers it. The first actuating mechanism H1 passes through the operating frame 2 and the oil tank 14 in the vertical direction, and forms a predetermined gap S between a cylinder 15 fixed thereto and a large diameter hole in the upper part of the cylinder 15. The ram 16 is inserted into the ram 16 and has its lower end projected outside the cylinder 15 by sliding into the small diameter hole at the bottom thereof, and the gap S in the large diameter hole at the top of the cylinder 15 is a check valve formed in the operation frame 2. 17
It is connected to the discharge port of the cylinder 8 of the hydraulic operating source H S via an oil passage 18 having a hydraulic pressure source H S (FIG. 4).

Next, the operation of this embodiment will be explained.
In order to transport, that is, lift and transfer the double-sided pallet P1 loaded with cargo L, it is inserted into the gap C of the double-sided pallet P1 in each receiving frame 3 of the cargo handling loader as shown in Figures 1 and 2. Then, the front running wheel 28 is placed in the gap C.
make it stick out. Next, when the actuation pedal 7 of the hydraulic actuation source H S is repeatedly depressed, the hydraulic pressure is transmitted to the first actuation mechanism H 1 and both the second actuation mechanisms H 2 via the oil passages 18 and 35. In this case, the first actuation mechanism H 1
The inner diameter of the cylinder 15 and the outer diameter of the ram 16, the pressure receiving area of the piston 32 of the second actuating mechanism H2 , and the distance between the support shaft 27 of the front travel support arm 26 and the axle 29 and pivot joints 33 on both sides thereof. etc., so that the operating frame 2 does not rise until the front end upper surface of each cargo receiving frame 3 comes into contact with the double-sided pallet P1 . By rotating counterclockwise, each cargo receiving frame 3 and operating frame 2 tilt upward and forward about the mounting base 20 of the rear running wheel 19.

also starts to rise, and finally the first actuating mechanism H 1
The support arm 26 stands up at each stroke end of the cylinder 15 of the cylinder 15 and the piston 32 of the second actuation mechanism H2 , and the cylinder 15 of the first actuation mechanism H1 rises to hold the cargo receiving frame 3 and the operation frame 2 horizontally. The double-sided pallet P 1 is attached to the front and rear running wheels 28, 19.

When the double-sided pallet P 1 is transferred, when moving straight forward, the operating handle 24 is engaged with the notch groove 23 in the center and the operating handle 24 is pushed forward. In this case, the caster effect of each rear running wheel 19 provides straight-line performance, and the double-sided pallet P1 is smoothly transported.

engage. Next, when the operating handle 24 is pressed, the cargo handling loader turns gently to the right due to the caster effect of each rear running wheel 19. When each operating handle 24 is engaged with the rightmost notch 23, each cargo handling loader makes a sharp turn to the right. Perform the same operation when turning left. When the cargo handling loader is moved backward, the operating handle 24 is bent, so that the towing operation is easily performed.

When the double-sided pallet P 1 is grounded, the normally closed valve 37 is opened by the operation pedal 36, and the oil in the first and second actuating mechanisms H 1 and H 2 flows through the oil passages 18, 35, 39, the normally closed valve 37, and the oil. Since the flow returns to the oil tank 14 through the passage 38, the support arm 26 is lowered, and the cylinder 15 of the first actuating mechanism H1 is lowered, and both frames 2 and 3 are lowered.

FIG. 6 shows a second embodiment for a single-sided pallet P2 , whose construction is basically the same as that of the first embodiment, so the same parts are given the same reference numerals. However, the front running wheel 28 does not protrude beyond the front edge of the receiving frame 3, and the support arm 26 rises and falls within the lower surface gap S1 of the single-sided pallet P2 .

As described above, according to the present invention, the loader main body 1 is connected to the operating frame 2 and the pair of receiving frames 3 which extend parallel to each other at the front end of the operating frame 2 and are inserted into the pallets P 1 and P 2 . Each cargo receiving frame 3 is formed to have a substantially inverted triangular cross section over substantially its entire length, and the operating frame 2 is provided with a human-powered first operating mechanism H1 for raising and lowering the cargo receiving frame 3.
and a mounting base 2 on which a plurality of caster type rear running wheels 19 are attached to the first operating mechanism H1.
0, the operating handle 24 of the mounting base 20 is provided upright, and a human-powered second operating mechanism H 2 for raising and lowering the cargo receiving frame 3 is provided at the front end of each cargo receiving frame 3 . Since the support arm 26 of the front running wheel 28 is connected to the cargo receiving frame 3 so that it can be raised and lowered, there is no need for a driving motor unlike in the past, the structure is simple, there are few failures, it is extremely lightweight, and it is easy to drive. A robust cargo handling loader can be obtained, which makes it possible to carry cargo easily and efficiently even in a narrow warehouse or on the platform of a freight vehicle, and is also easy to carry. Furthermore, the caster effect of the plurality of rear running wheels 19 makes it possible to stably move straight or turn. Furthermore, each cargo receiving frame 3 has an inverted triangular cross-sectional shape to reduce its weight, and at the same time, its bottom outer surface can be used as a cargo receiving surface, so that a relatively large area can be obtained and cargo can be transported stably. Furthermore, since the inverted triangular receiving frame 3 has a relatively large section modulus, it is strong against bending and has sufficient durability.
