Claims

In a seal using a cylindrical rubber packing that is fitted around the outer periphery of the piston rod and slides fluidly against the inner periphery of the cylinder, the cross section passing through the axis of the rubber packing is formed into a convex shape, and a convex section is formed on both shoulders of the outer periphery.
