It consists of a combination of a printing roller with a rubber stamp attached to its circumference, an ink roller that applies ink to the rubber stamp, and a guide plate that guides the printing paper. The printing paper is moved between the printing roller and the guide plate. Rotary printing devices that print on supplied paper by rotating a printing roller while pinching the paper are widely used in printing and issuing machines for various tickets and cards. If there is a difference in the diameter of the printing roller due to errors during processing, printing errors will occur due to the difference in circumference. That is, the printing paper used in this type of printing device is usually a long tape-shaped paper with small feed holes perforated at regular intervals, and this is wound around a supply reel, and the above-mentioned Printing is carried out between the printing roller and the guide plate while supplying a fixed amount by the rotation of a feeding disk having small protrusions that engage with small feeding holes, and then one sheet is printed at the small feeding holes. It is designed to be cut piece by piece with a cutter. Therefore,
The supply of paper and the rotation of the printing roller are always synchronized, and by rotating both in synchronization, it is possible to always print at a predetermined printing position (specifically, between the small feeding holes mentioned above). However, as mentioned above, if there is an error in the circumference of the printing roller, there will be a difference between the length of the printing paper fed by the feed disk and the circumference of the print roller, causing printing that rotates synchronously with the feed disk. Since the roller is fed a fixed amount and slips on the printing paper midway, there is a problem that the printing may be deformed or smeared at this slipping portion.

The present invention was devised in view of the above-mentioned points, and its purpose is to always maintain the correct position in synchronization with the supply of printing paper, even if there is a difference in the diameter of the printing roller due to processing. The purpose of this invention is to provide a rotary printing device that is devised to perform printing, and in order to achieve this purpose, the present invention has a system in which a printing roller attached to a roller shaft is constantly rotated in accordance with the supply of printing paper. In addition, each time the printing roller completes one revolution, the return spring returns the printing roller to the home position to automatically correct errors in the printing position, ensuring continuous and accurate printing. It is configured so that it can be carried out in any position.

20 is an ink roller shaft installed between the side plates 10a and 10b so as to be parallel to the roller shaft 11;
Reference numeral 21 indicates an ink roller rotatably attached to the ink roller shaft 20. . The ink roller 21 contacts the rubber stamp 13 of the rotating printing roller 12 and applies ink, but the contact is broken at the flat portion 12a, and the protruding strips 13c protruding from both side edges of the rubber stamp 13, It is formed slightly shorter than the printing roller 12 so that ink is not applied to the roller 13c as well. Reference numerals 22 and 22 are pressure springs that constantly press the ink roller shaft 20 in the direction of the roller shaft 11 to maintain uniform contact of the ink roller 21 with the rubber stamp 13, and 23 is a frame for mounting the spring.

Figure 8 shows a cutter (not shown) installed at the rear stage of the tape-shaped printing paper printed in this way.
This is an example of a ticket cut into one piece, and the drawing shows a parking ticket PC, but it goes without saying that other tickets or cards may be printed.
In addition, in Figure 8, PC1 is the printing section, and the PC

The surface of the above-mentioned printing paper guide plate 10 is always covered with the peripheral surface of the printing roller 12, specifically, the printed characters 13 of the rubber stamp 13, except for the flat part 12a.

If 13c is not formed, the paper feed will be interrupted at the cut portion of each type character 13a, resulting in a misalignment of printing, but in this printing device, the protruding stripes 13c, 13c, which are not coated with ink during printing rotation, are located on the guide plate 10. Between the two sides of the above ticket PC printed part PC2,
Since the PC2 part is constantly pressed, the print 13
Even if there are many breaks (character blank areas) in the letter a, paper feeding continues without any problem, and misalignment in printing is prevented.

In the figure, reference numerals 40 and 40' denote locking plates protruding from both end surfaces of the printing roller 12, and in the drawing, the rubber stamp 1
The above-mentioned locking plates 40, 40' are constructed by bending and extending both ends of the presser plate 14 for No. 3, but separately manufactured locking pieces 40, 40' are fixed to both end surfaces of the printing roller 12. It may also be configured. Also, 41,4
1' is the roller shaft 11 on both ends of the printing roller 12.
With a boss installed with a slight problem on the top, 42,
42' indicates a stopper which also serves as a boss stop. Each of the above-mentioned locking plates 40, 40' has an ink roller 2.
Locking grooves 43, 43' with cutouts opened in direction 1
are formed, and the stoppers 42, 42' are always engaged inside these locking grooves 43, 43' by the elastic action of return springs 45, 45'. Figure 4 shows the left stopper 4 in Figure 3.
FIG. 5 shows a right return spring 45' acting on the right stopper 42', and both springs are

The printing roller 12 is integrated with the roller shaft 11 by attaching the return springs 45, 45' thus constructed as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3.

In this way, the printing roller 12 is connected to the return spring 4
5 and 45' to rotate in the same direction as the rotational direction of the roller shaft 11, and this rotation is constantly stopped by engaging the stoppers 42 and 42' with the locking grooves 43 and 43'. , thus the roller shaft 11
The printing roller 12 is also rotated as the printing roller 12 rotates. Therefore, even if the diameter of the printing roller 12 is formed to be larger than a preset diameter due to a processing error or the like, the printing roller 12
The rubber stamp 13 rotates at a speed that matches the feeding speed of the printing paper by the feeding disc regardless of the rotation of the roller shaft 11, so there is no slippage between the rubber stamp 13 and the printing paper, and printing can be finished neatly. The rotational error between the roller shaft 11 and the printing roller 12 is caused by the return spring when the printing roller 12 rotates and printing is completed, that is, when the contact with the pressure roller 31 is released at the flat part 12a. 45, 45' can correctively rotate the printing roller 12 to the home position in preparation for the next printing.

As described above, according to the printing device of the present invention, even if there is a slight difference in the diameter of the printing roller used due to processing errors, the printing roller can print on the printing paper regardless of the rotation of the roller axis. Since the rotation is performed in accordance with the feed speed, printing errors due to slips can be eliminated, and rotational errors between the printing roller and the roller axis are corrected by the return spring each time the printing roller rotates and printing is completed. Since the print roller is returned to the home position by the rotation of the feed disk, there is no problem of the next printing start position being shifted due to a rotation error between the two. Therefore, the rotation of the print roller can be synchronized with the feed rotation of the feed disk. For example, it is capable of consistently printing beautifully at a predetermined position on paper that is fed a fixed amount by a feeding disk, and has the advantage of being able to print various types of tickets and cards continuously and accurately. This method also has the advantage of being able to easily and economically manufacture printing rollers, which required extremely high precision, and its practical value is extremely great.
