れを許容するリリーフ弁とこのリリーフ弁と並列に上記
密閉室内への流体流れのみを許容する逆止弁を介装する
とともに上記密閉室の容積を増大するようピストンをシ
リンダに対して相対的に移動させるスプリングを設けた
