本考案は撹拌装置に関する。例えば撹拌装置を
牛乳及び乳製品、飲料その他食品製造に用いるタ
ンクに装備する場合には、タンク内を汚染させる
おそれがある軸受等の部品は出来るだけタンク内
から除去し且つ洗滌殺菌の必要からもタンク内に
は洗滌が及ばない箇所、部分は極力無くした構造

の撹拌物内に没入しないようにし、タンク内の汚

る。そして、撹拌軸を挿着嵌合した中間軸の下端
は、タンク上壁に上方へ突設した撹拌軸取付台座
内に位置させたので、撹拌軸を回転自在に取付け
た構造部分は該台座6によつてタンク上壁より上
方に位置し、タンク内撹拌物には撹拌軸のみが挿
入されるので、撹拌中に撹拌軸取付構造部分によ
つてタンク内撹拌物が汚染されることはなく、ま
た撹拌装置を取付けたままでもタンク内に洗滌が
行き渡らない部分がないのでタンク内を充分に洗
滌できるから、細菌発生の原因が除去されるとい
