The thermal rice cooker is configured as described above.
The electrical circuit is as shown in Figure 21. That is, the rice cooking heater 53, the rice cooking switch 125,
A rice cooking circuit connected to a power source consisting of a series circuit of a power switch 126 and a temperature fuse 127, a series circuit of a thermal reed switch 47 and a heat-retaining heater 42, a heat-retaining heater 44, and a thermistor 1.
04 connected in parallel to each other and connected in parallel to the rice cooking switch 125 via a current fuse 128, and a series circuit of the rice cooking heater 41 and the thermal reed switch 64. A cooking circuit that is connected in parallel to the series circuit of the switch 125, a rice cooking display circuit that has a rice cooking lamp 129 that is connected in parallel to the rice cooking heater 53, and a heat retention display that has a heat retention lamp 130 that is connected in parallel to the heat retention circuit. The circuit and a cooking indicator circuit having a cooking lamp 131 connected in parallel to the cooking heater 41 form an electric circuit of a heat-retaining rice cooker. The above lamps 129, 130, 131 are connected to the switch panel 2.
9 are arranged in each of the display holes 31 . The thermal reed switch 47 controls the supply of electricity to the warming heater 42 to keep the cooked rice at a temperature suitable for keeping it warm. Further, the thermal reed switch 64 is closed at a predetermined temperature or higher, and the rice finishing heater 41 performs uneven heating at a high temperature after the rice is cooked, so that the temperature of the outer bottom of the outer pot 7 is lowered to a predetermined temperature. It opens at a certain time to end uneven heating. In the above-mentioned embodiment, since the rice cooking circuit and the cooking circuit are connected in parallel, the rice cooking heater 41 starts generating heat in the middle of rice cooking and performs cooking after the rice is cooked.

In the case of the cooking device of the present invention having the above-mentioned configuration, it is possible to perform the cooking heating after the completion of cooking, that is, the uneven heating at high temperature, using the cooking heater, and the uneven heating from the side prevents the bottom of the rice from being burnt. In addition to being able to cook rice deliciously without causing the rice to cook more than necessary, the heat-sensitive element for finishing the rice can be placed outside the outer pot, where the temperature changes significantly after the rice is cooked, without being affected by the heat of the finishing heater. By installing it on the bottom surface, even if there is a slight variation in the set temperature of the heat-sensitive element, the variation in the cooking time can be suppressed to a minimum, and the operating temperature can be easily set, which is very beneficial.
