ウレタン、オレフイン系エラストマ等の軟質合成
樹脂材料を射出して、スプル−ゲート7、サブラ
ンナー8を介して各注入孔5に射出材料を導入
し、各キヤビテイ3を充填して文字部2を射出成
形する。このとき、各キヤビテイ3に残留してい
る空気は、射出材料により押圧されて空気抜き孔
6を経て基体裏面に至り、金型のシボ面と基体裏
面とで形成される空気抜き用隙間11及び型合せ
面10を経て外気へ放出される。このため、文字
部2に空気が巻き込まれることなく文字部2にふ
くれが発生することはない。
