Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

(1) A frame member including a frame and a spring fixedly stretched to the frame, an acoustic vibrating body attached to the frame member, a skin material and a skin material attached to the frame member by wrapping the frame member and the acoustic vibrating body and a covering member including a pad provided on the back surface of the sheet, the acoustic vibrating member or the covering member is attached to the frame member by crimp gripping means via a soft elastic material.
