示する照光押釦スイツチに関し、取付基部1の上

取付基部1の径より大きく形成され、また取付基
部1の径はスイツチブロツク12の径と同一にし
てある。ランプ5を納装したランプホルダー6の
一方の端部には軸7が、他方の端部には係止突起
9がそれぞれ突設してある。照光ケース4の照光
部3の内面には軸受突起8が突設してあつてこの
軸受突起8がランプホルダー6の軸7が枢着して
ある。また照光部3の内面に係止段部10が形成
してあつてこの係止段部10にランプホルダー6
の係止突起9が係止してある。上記の照光ケース
4は合成樹脂材のインジエクシヨン成型によつて
製造されるものであるが、照光ケース4の延出片
2の軸受突起と係止段部10の下方位置にそれぞ
れ軸受突起8や係止段部10の横巾と同一巾の通
孔11,11が穿孔してあり、第4図のように下
金型13にスペーサー部14,14を設けて上下
金型13,15間のキヤビテイに樹脂を注入し、
上金型15と下金型13を割ることにより下金型
13のスペーサー部14,14と上金型15との
間に軸受突部8と係止段部10とが形成されるも
のであり、下金型13の型抜きによりスペーサー
部14,14によつて通孔11,11が形成され
るものである。このように通孔11の存在によつ
て下金型13のスペーサー部14を用いることが
でき、照光部3の径が取付基部1の径より大きい
照光ケース4にあつても軸受突部8や係止段部1
0部分が引掛かることなく上下金型13,15の
型抜きを行なえるものであり、照光部3の径を取
付基部1の径より大きい任意径に形成することが
できるものである。尚、スペーサー部14は下金
型13と別体に形成して独立させてもよく、また
このようにスペーサ部14を独立部材としたとき
にはスペーサー部14に突き出しピンを兼れさせ
ることもできる。上記のように形成した照光ケー
ス4は第1図のようにスイツチブロツク12の上
面上に取付けられる。第1図中16,17はラン
プ端子であり、ランプ端子16はランプホルダー
6を押上げる押上げバネとしての役割もなしてい
る。また照光ケース4の上部には押釦18が取付
けてある。押釦18の内側面に押釦軸19が取付
けてあつて、この押釦軸19はスイツチブロツク
12内部の反転ばね21を有する反転スイツチ機
構20に連結してある。この押釦18を押し下げ
ることにより反転スイツチ機構20をオンしてラ
ンプ5を照射せしめ、照光押釦スイツチのオンを
表示するものである。

よつて照光ケースを内外に連通させることができ
るものであり、内部にランプを有してランプの発
熱がこもり易い照光ケース内の熱気を通孔によつ
て排出することができ、型抜きのために形成され
る通孔をそのまま利用して照光ケース内の熱気を
排出できるものである。
