  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ ソレノイド型コイルの中心に生じる磁束の方向に見
    て、前記ソレノイド型コイルは少なくとも一部に直線部
    分を有する形状であることを特徴とするアイソレータの
    整合用コイルの形状。 ２ 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、前記コイ
    ルは、該コイルの中心に生じる磁束の方向に見て、半円
    の弧より短い一部の弧を弦に置き換えた形状であること
    を特徴とするアイソレータの整合用コイルの形状。 ３ 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、前記コイ
    ルは、該コイルの中心に生じる磁束の方向に見て、半円
    に直径を一辺とする四角形を付けた形状であることを特
    徴とするアイソレータノ整合用コイルの形状。
