点があつた。 For example, there are protective tubes for electric wires and durable protective coatings that protect against damage, such as metal bodies such as wire mesh or metal spirals attached to a base material such as synthetic resin or rubber. This is accomplished by attaching a metal body to the back surface of a synthetic resin or the like using an adhesive, or by softening the synthetic resin, attaching it to the metal body, and then hardening the resin to integrate the two. However, the former has the drawback that the adhesion is not stable, and the two may peel off due to heat or strong contact with protrusions, resulting in so-called "key cracks". It requires high technology and large equipment, and has the disadvantage that it is not possible to quickly produce small quantities as needed.
そこで本発明は上記の欠点を解決するもので、

A metal body such as a wire mesh or a metal spiral is placed on one side of a base material such as synthetic resin or rubber, and a current is passed through the metal body to increase the temperature of the metal body using the resistance of the metal body and become an integral part of the base body. The purpose is to obtain a method of fixation.

てもよい。 FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the present invention, in which a metal body 2 such as a wire mesh is placed on one side of a matrix 1 made of synthetic resin or rubber, and the resistance of the metal body 2 is increased by passing a current through the metal body 2. In this method, the metal body 2 and the base body 1 are integrated by raising the temperature of the metal body 2 and softening the surface of the base body 1 to which it is attached. Note that if pressure is applied during integration, the integration will be stronger and faster. The method of applying pressure to the base body when making it into a tube is to mold the base body diameter in advance to be smaller than the outer diameter of the metal body by the amount that will penetrate the metal body.
It may be spread out and covered with a metal body, and its elasticity may be used to apply pressure to penetrate the metal body and finish it to a specified size.
また第2図に示す如く、二枚の母体1,1間に

2を中に挾んで一体とした構造としてもよい。 Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 2, a metal body 2 may be sandwiched between two base bodies 1, 1, and a current may be passed through the metal body 2, so that the metal body 2 is sandwiched therebetween and integrated.

If the metal body 2 is desired to be exposed from the base surface as shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 4, or if it is buried as shown in FIG.
