An electromagnetic circuit in which a parallel circuit of a heating coil 4 and a capacitor 5 and a parallel circuit of a transistor 6 and a diode 7 are connected in series to a DC power source whose output is rectified by a rectifier circuit 2 and whose output is smoothed by a capacitor 3. In a cooker capacitor, capacitors 3 and 5 are housed in one housing 9.
