Claims

In a sheathed heater in which a heating coil connected to a lead-out terminal is inserted into a metal pipe, and the metal pipe is filled with magnesia powder, the inner diameter of the heat-generating coil at the portion connected to the lead-out terminal is set to a different diameter. A sheathed heater characterized in that the diameter is smaller than that of the other parts, and the end of the lead terminal is inserted and fixed within the small diameter.
