図はすべて断面図で、説明上密着する箇所も間隙を残し
て示してある。 第１，２図は従来の導入端子の例、第３図はこの考案の
貫通孔を示す図、第４図ないし第１０図はこの考案の導
入端子を示す図である。 なお各図中同一符号は同一または相当部分を示すものと
する。

Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）真空容器の中に電流と流体などを導入する貫通接
    手型（第１図９参照）などの導入端子において、導入の
    ためにフランジ（＝密閉ぶた）にあけられる貫通孔が呈
    する形状が、段付きの孔の形状、即ち中心軸をほぼ共通
    とする大小２つの円孔が、中心軸に直角な平面を介して
    内面が連続している段付きの孔（第３図ａ参照）の形状
    であるか、又は前記の大小２つの円孔が、中心軸と円錐
    母線とのなす角度が零度より大きく９０度までの円錐面
    の一部、を介して連続している段仕きの孔（第３図ｂ参
    照）の形状であって、更に前記の段付きの孔の内面と貫
    通導入体との間隙にパツ牛ング又は相当部品（第４図８
    参照）が配置されており、次に前記パッキング又は相当
    部品に密着可能の面をもつと共に貫通導入体周辺を覆′
    う絶縁スリーブ（第４図９、第７図９参照）を備えてお
    り、更に貫通導入体の大気側と真空室側にそれぞれ被せ
    られた１対のスリーブ、即ちフランジ扶持力とパッキン
    グ圧縮力を与えることのできる保持スリーブ（第４図７
    、川参照）とを備えていることを特徴とする導入端子。
  2. （２）スリーブの端面又は表面にばね或は弾性を有する
    物体を用いることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項記載の導入端子。
  3. （３）貫通接手型導入体として、導入配管の一部を利用
    すること、或は１部の塞がれた管、又は口ツド（＝棒状
    体）を用いることを特徴とする実，用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項記載の導入端子。
  4. （４）略々同一平面上にある３つの同心円の位置の関係
    において外側から１番目と３番目の円の位置にパッキン
    グ又は相当部品を配し、２番目の円の位置に別の環状物
    体を配した、一種の複合−的パッキングを、前記間隙に
    設置したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項記栽の導入端子。
