DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a device for sensing the open/closed state of a safe deposit box. Safe deposit boxes are installed in banks and have become quite popular these days, but customers often forget to close the door or forget to insert the protective box.
Like coin lockers, there are an extremely large number of safe deposit boxes, and it is difficult for bank staff to check them one by one. However, with recent double locks that are equipped with individual locks and a bank lock, even if a bank employee notices a safe deposit box that has been forgotten to be closed, he or she cannot lock it independently. Therefore, it would be reasonable for banks to be able to monitor the usage status of each safe deposit box at the center.

Therefore, the present invention provides a sensing device that is attached to each safety deposit box and sends a signal to the center. By using this, banks can centrally manage all safe deposit boxes in one place. Such a sensing device will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Fig. 1 shows the first embodiment of the sensing device, and is a cross-sectional view of the vicinity of the safe deposit box door, with the upper part showing the outside of the safe deposit box;
The bottom shows the inside of the refrigerator. The sensing device consists of a micro switch 1, a sensing lever 2 and a spring 3, and is installed inside the door 4. As is well known, the microswitch 1 is operated by the contact between the movable contact 1a and the fixed contact 1b. As can be seen from the figure, the sensing lever 2 has a C-shape, and one end is pivotally connected to the shaft 5 so that the sensing lever 2 can rotate, and the other end (the tip 8 of the lever) faces the movable contact 1a of the micro switch 1. Also axis 5
Since the spring 3 is wound around and the tip of the spring 3 is engaged with the curved portion 2a of the sensing lever 2, the sensing lever 2 is always biased counterclockwise. On the other hand, the safe deposit box is equipped with a protective box 6 for storing cash and important documents, which can be freely taken in and out by opening the door 4. FIG. 1 shows the door 4 in a closed state, and the corner 7 of the sensing lever 2 is pressed against the surface of the protective box 6 by the biasing force of the spring 3.
In this figure, the tip 8 of the sensing lever 2 is away from the movable contact 1a of the microswitch 1, so the microswitch 1 is in an OFF state. When the customer unlocks the door and opens the door 4, the sensing lever 2 separates from the protective box 6 and rotates counterclockwise due to the biasing force of the spring 3, as shown in FIG. The tip 8 pushes the movable contact 1a to turn on the micro switch 1. If such a sensing device is installed in each safe deposit box and directly connected to the bank's center, the number of a safe deposit box with its door open can be determined at a glance. When a customer uses the safe deposit box, he/she takes out the protective box 6 and performs the work. During this time, even if the door 4 is closed, the sensing lever 2 cannot come into contact with the protective box 6, so the biasing force of the spring 3 is applied. Since the micro switch 1 is not pushed against the door 4 side, it maintains the on state. Therefore, the customer forgot to put the protective box 6 back into the refrigerator and opened the door 4.
Even if only one bank were to be closed, the center would detect it as an abnormal situation, and the bank would be able to take appropriate action. In addition, in the case of a safe deposit box without a protective box 6, the door 4
The sensing device can be activated by using the frame that comes into contact with the frame.

FIG. 3 shows another embodiment, which employs a sensing pin 9 as the sensing member. (In this diagram, the top is inside the refrigerator and the bottom is outside) Detection pin 9
has a small diameter portion 10 in the center, and this small diameter portion 10 faces the movable contact 1a of the microswitch 1. On the other hand, the movable contact 1a of the microswitch is curved or bent in the shape of a hook, as can be seen from the figure, and is positioned such that the curved portion 11 faces the small diameter portion 10. Further, the sensing pin 9 is always urged by a spring 12 in the direction of protruding into the refrigerator, and the tip of the sensing pin 9 is in pressure contact with the surface of the protective box 6. This figure shows the door 4 in the closed state, and the microswitch 1 is in the off position as in the previous embodiment. When the customer unlocks the door 4 and opens the door 4, the sensing pin 9 is released from the blocking state by the protective box 6 and protrudes in the direction of the arrow due to the biasing force of the spring 12, as shown in FIG. Along with this operation, the large diameter portion 13 of the sensing pin 9 pushes the curved portion 11 of the movable contact 1a in the direction of the arrow, thereby turning on the microswitch 1. In order to reduce the impact on the movable contact 1a due to the protrusion of the sensing pin 9, it is desirable to provide a taper at the boundary between the small diameter portion 10 and the large diameter portion 13.

FIG. 5 shows still another embodiment,
This is because the sensing lever 14 itself also serves as a spring. As can be seen from FIG. 6, this sensing lever 14 is a plate spring with one end fixed to the door 4 and the other end bent to face the micro switch 1.
A protrusion 15 is provided at the tip of the lever to actuate a pin 16 of the microswitch, and the protrusion 15 presses against the pin 16 in the closed state of FIG. 5. What should be noted here is that when the pin 16 is pressed, the contact of this microswitch is released (turned off), and when the pressure is released, the contact is turned on. Therefore, the microswitch 1 in FIG. 5 is in the off state. When the customer unlocks the door 4 and opens the door 4, the pin 16 is released from the pressure as shown in FIG. 6, and the micro switch 1 is turned on, notifying the center that the safe deposit box has changed to the open state.

As described above, if the sensing device of the present invention is employed, the open/closed states of a large number of safe deposit boxes can be centrally determined at a central location, and banks, etc. can achieve significant labor savings.
